We had a takeaway from the van and found it very tasty and the chips were also good. The fish we had was unusual that it was Marlin and excellent.

Super low key, hidden away in the corner of (I think) a fishing club. Fish was delicious and fresh and chips were nicely cooked. Only criticism - compared to elsewhere on the island, the portions were small. Probably helped our waistlines though!

Had trouble finding this excellent fish and chip place but eventually we did and loved it. Beautiful fish and chips in such a pleasant casual setting.

The setting is novel with an old boat modified to become a kitchen for takeaway food. The lady who served us was very friendly and obliging, the fish burger was excellent and fairly priced at $8. You can sit and watch the waves crashing on the reef which is very close and enjoy good honest tasty food. You can get... More

The fish and chips are superb fresh and tasty. I love the venue sitting over looking the beach and the sea. The staff are lovely friendly and very helpful. This is basic and ticks all the boxes.

Always stop here at least once for lunch on our trips to Raro. The fish is always fresh and beautiful and the chips are just as well cooked. Nothing like this in NZ!

One of the best places on the island to eat fish & chips. Today, the fish was mahi mahi. We placed our order, grabbed a table overlooking the beach and waited for one of the best examples of fish & chips we've had in a long time. Don't think about it, just go.....
