We've come here for our last few trips to pick up wonderful seasonings and fresh veggies. Tauono was the epitome of the aware islander who appreciated his surroundings and the abundance of natural foods on the island and in the lagoon. Sonja continues this practice...More

This lady is amazing! Had the lasagna (breadfruit instead of pasta) and it was very good. Also tried the coconut cake for dessert, great! We were very impressed with this option for dinner. So much so, my wife bought her book from the resort.

They grow all sorts of veggies fruits and herbs. Its a great place to check out if your Aitutaki diet is starting to feel a bit bland and repetitive. They also do take away or dine in meals. The bread fruit lasagna is delicious.

We didn't eat there as we arrived too late for the cafe, but we bought provisions - veggies, homemade bread, cake and a yummy starfruit salsa. So tasty and good.
