We stopped here after our morning walk. There are many prepaid foods to choose from. We had a springroll that was very good. We each had an icecream cone. There are many flavors to choose from. We also had the homemade chocolate cake. Very good! Just a caution for those walking along the road. After you cross the river the... More

Hi, We stopped here on a weekday morning at approx 9.30ish before dropping our hire car off at Alberts car rental in Cooks Bay. We were staying at the Hilton and after having paid $30 NZ for a toasted ham and cheese sandwich (although it was tasty and it did come with fries) and $25 for marinated tuna in coconut... More

We stopped here one day for lunch late in the day. Food was delicious. Most days we ate lunch at our villa we rented and would go out to dinner. I was surprised how expensive dinner could be and wished we would have eaten here more and the restaurants less. Great views of Cooks bay.

We ended up stopping here on the way home from a scooter trip and as soon as we ate there, we wished we had started going there sooner. This is a great lunch place, with seating and a large selection of prepared dishes. My wife had tried the local delicacy, Poisson Cru (raw tuna in coconut milk and lime juice,... More

We rented a moped and toured the island. Stopped here at around 11am. Offered a lot of variety for such a small place. I had a baguette and a fried egg item with seafood. Both very good and it felt great to get away from hotel priced food. You can sit at tables over looking the harbor. Just what we... More

Great sandwiches at really reasonably prices! You have to try my favorite the chow mein sandwich! Yum! Great place to stop, nice view sitting out at the picnic tables looking at Cooks Bay. All the locals eat here. Don't miss it!

What a lovely little lunch stand! We got a sandwich (French style in a crusty baguette), Coke and slice of homemade banana cake for about US$6, which is super cheap in Moorea. It's family run and the service is gracious. Enjoy your lunch at one of their picnic tables with a view of Cook's Bay. Lots of local eat here... More

First off, the five stars is not for the food which is mostly pre-made, mediocre sandwiches and Chinese style noodle stir fries. It's tasty enough and certainly the cheapest meal I had on Moorea. It's a great experience, very popular and always crowded with locals. It's right at the bottom of the bay and the views are gorgeous if you... More

Our transfer driver stopped here while taking us and three other couples back to the Hilton from Albert's ATV tour. It's a little shack right off Cook's Bay that seems to be pretty popular with the locals. It appeared most of their food was pre-made, as it was sitting behind glass in display cases. The staff didn't speak English, so... More
