First time being here, came without research always looking to dine where locals eat. Took a while for the waiters to arrive to us. There was a strong fish smell throughout the restaurant, I ordered a fried snapper which was okay, nothing to die for coming from South Florida good restaurants have to impress! Average presentation, waiters never checked back... More

We had dinner here during our stay and the food is great and very reasonably priced. We went early for dinner so it was not too crowded. The waitstaff was very attentive. There was a gentleman watching the cars in the parking lot to ensure no damage was done and he was expecting a small tip for this service.

La Princesa Marina is a favourite amongst Ticos regarding seafood has it serves generous portions at a very affordable price. A nice place for families, it gets sometimes quiet noisy.

This place was recommended by a friend. The waiters just drop off your food and never come back to see if you need anything else. I guess customary in Costa since the gratuity is automatically calculated at the end. I ordered the ceviche, I give it a 3 on a scale of 1-5. I ordered a margarita, big mistake!! Sour... More

Along with a native Costa Rican, our group of eight travelers from Omaha, Nebraska, had lunch. Claims of excellent ceviche were right on -- it was the best I've had with shrimp and large chunks of corvina, sliced red onions, avacado, cilantro and lots of lime. We also shared large platters of garlicky sautéed shrimp over rice. Service was great... More

We were looking for a place to eat with good affordable food. La Princesa Marina fit the bill. We walked there and felt very safe. The menu to extensive and the service was prompt and attentive. I ordered their House Shrimp dinner which came with shrimp 3 ways and a delicious salad. My husband ordered the Chef Salad which had... More

Lobster was very good. The onion rings are very good also. Service was good. It was a little pricey though. It was much cheaper during the off season.

Suggested by locals we walked into this amazing seafood restaurant which was clean, simple and happy to serve us. The Mahi Mahi and Ceviche were heavenly, beer and wine were very good also. I will definitely invite customers to come here with me for lunch or dinner...or both!
