Had lunch out on the back patio overlooking the ocean. It was a beautiful setting and the food was delicious. I ordered a vegetarian quesadilla and honestly it was enough for 2 people. The service was excellent and all staff I encountered there was welcoming and friendly.

We had been in Montezuma for several days with kids and were lacking for evening activities when we discovered the movie nights at El Sano Banano. The food is good. More expensive than the sodas in town, but better. The second night we were able to pick our own movie because no one else came.

We were looking for a nice place to have lunch. Our party was of eight thus we needed a place that could take care of a sizable crowd. The Sano Banano seemed all right and a good option. The menu is balanced and offers tasty plates. Even thought the service was very slow, we had a great meal. I recommend... More

A group of about 20 of us stopped in for an early lunch unannounced. They did a great job accommodating us while providing cheerful service. We split a nacho which was quite large and each had smoothy. Found the prices to be a tad high but maybe that's the norm in Montezuma as this was the only place we ate.... More

This darling hotel is home to my favorite restaurant in town! Best smoothies, juices, casado, and patacones. I could eat here every day. And when I'm in Montezuma I do!

I've eaten here many times over three visits to Montezuma and it's always exceptional, especially the patacones. The manager, Eduardo, is wonderful. The vegan offerings are terrific.

Was traveling in central America for 10 months and this is one of my favorite towns and places to eat, returned here around 5 times on my travels. Best breakfast place ever and the smoothy is soooo good + fish so fresh for dinner.

Excellent food (similar to Ylang Ylang beach resort) served by very friendly and efficient staff. Lovely garden at the back and great movies most nights.
