I can’t speak highly enough of this place! My family and i went there for breakfast on our first day of a week in MA. Well, it was such a good experience that i ended up starting my day there everyday! The food, the staff,...the beautiful setting, it was all just perfect. I felt the prices were totally fair and just. If you end up in Manual Antonio i suggest you give Cafe Milagro a try. I promise you wont be disappointed!More

This little cafe does it all well from breakfast to dinner and in between. The prices are very reasonable. Ask for the back patio for sitting in the evening it is quiet, and peaceful

Cafe Milagro is a great spot to have really good food with a buzzy local vibe. The setting is kind of boho with colorful lights and local musicians and the food and cocktails were very good. They also roast and sell their own coffee and...it was excellent.More

My family stopped by for lunch. Cafe Milago offers tea, juices, smoothies, coffee, iced coffee, ice cream and shakes all day long. Breakfast (eggs, croissant sandwich, omelets, fruit plates, pancakes, tipico comida) are offered from 7:00 to 11:00 am. Lunch is offered from 11 am...to 5 pm (salads, wraps, tacos, quesadillas, sandwiches). Dinner is offered from 12 pm to 9 pm (fish, chicken, shrimp, salads). Main dishes range from about 7500 to 10500 colones, with an average around 8,500 colones. I ordered a fish fillet dish ($16) in passionfruit sauce and it was just ok. The flavor of the sauce did not permeate the fish and was very mellow, so unfortunately it was almost like eating a steamed fish filet without seasoning. My husband enjoyed his dish. We did not like the calamari, as it was grilled (not fried) and chewy, although it was nicely presented. The restaurant offers more affordable lunch specials (sandwiches, wraps) during the day, but I would recommend going in the evening for their live music and more lively atmosphere. Staff was attentive. I posted the menu in the photos!More

We stopped in for dinner one night. They have live music and amazing food. Ordered the beef tenderloin and it was fantastic, plus bottles of wine for the table. Would HIGHLY recommend a visit.

What a gem. I had breakfast here with my family last week and is was delicious. The cappuccino was rich and my omelet was perfect. We enjoyed the open air atmosphere too. Their gift shop has some really nice things - not just the typical...t-shirts and magnets. The quality of their merchandise was better than most souvenirs shops we visited.More
