The food here was incredible. This cafe had to be my wife and I's favorite spot to go grab a brew and enjoy a tasty meal. Great craft beer, amazing coffee and live music! I highly recommend the visit if you're in the area.

We stayed right beside Cafe Milagro and made it a point to go there for breakfast. The food was really quite wonderful ( I was getting tired of rice and beans)...the Mango Crepes and Coffee started my day for several days in a row. Others in my family ate the typical Costa Rican breakfast and LOVED it, others had the... More

We enjoyed our meal but the service was a little spotty and some of the dishes were somewhat inconsistent, and we also thought the restaurant was similarly priced to, but less polished than, Claro Que Si, and the food was a little better at Agua Azul.

We were seated next to the musicians and very pleasant. Very good calamari appetizer. Entree was a grilled chicken jerk style. Could have been marinated longer do the flavors permeated better though cooked well. All were pleased.

We were in Quepos for one week and went to this restaurant three times, that's how much we enjoyed this place! They have the best local Costa Rican coffee around! We would highly recommend any of them on the menu. We had breakfast lunch and dinner at this restaurant, all three meals were excellent and the service at all three... More

We found this place from reading the reviews on trip advisor. Glad we did. It was a great experience. Alexander, our server, made us feel right at home. We started with a fish cake with a creme sauce--compliments of the chef. The pumpkin soup was delicious and we had fried green plantains with guacamole and a mango and black bean... More

We had appetizers and coffee here last night (and a few Imperials) and plan to go back tonight for dessert! The arepas and calamari appetizers were amazing, as was the tortuga latte! I saw so many people order dessert but sadly I was too full. Luckily we are staying right down the street and plan to go back for dessert!... More

Loved the laid back atmosphere and great food. Service was great and the food was really good. The back patio is great for breakfast or lunch. We came back in the evening and there was a really good guitarist playing.

We've been to the MA area of Costa Rica a couple of times and we always eat at Cafe Milagro - usually more than once! This trip we had excellent seafood one night and delicious breakfast another day. The staff is friendly, the food is fresh and excellent, and the atmosphere is relaxed & lovely. Recommend sitting on the back... More
