This place has a beautiful lookout with lots of fine furniture. Enjoyed another iced coffee but the wi fi was poor.

RESTAURANT'S FAVORITE REVIEW
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 11, 2017 via mobile

The food here is as good as any hotel and we were sorry we only discovered it on the penultimate day of or trip. I love Caribbean food and there is plenty to be had here and - even better - a list of gluten free options. I was so pleased to be able to enjoy the food without a... More

This was a nice relaxing meal after a fourteen hour journey here. Good ceviche, great jerk chicken and relaxing acoustic guitar. You can also tell a restaurant by its rice. If they pay attention to the rice, you know they paid attention to the main course. The rice here is tasty and cooked just right.

We were lucky enough to get in without a reservation for dinner. I had the fish of the day, which was great. My friend had the cerviche and calarmi and said it was fresh and good. But our favorite thing was the delicious, homemade desserts. Key lime pie was excellent, as was the brownie with ice cream. Our waitress was... More

This place is happening. It is run by a two expats who decided to bring Coffee back to Costa Rica. This is a great hang out for a GREAT cup of coffee and dessert, but last night we went for dinner and some live music. The staff are attentive and knowledgeable, and always ready to assist. The food was outstanding.... More

We had the ceviche & calamari to start which had fantastic flavor. Everything is so fresh & bright! We had jerk chicken, catch of the day (eel) and pork. Each dish was great! The guaro sours are delicious. Definitely make a reservation as stated on there website and by other reviewers. Highly recommend!

We were of group of 9, hot & sweaty after touring the park, with our Sporting Adventure guide, Bruno The setting is a lovely oasis amidst the hustle bustle of the park area. Our food was outstanding, especially the refreshing gazpacho Extensive, non alcoholic, menu of drinks, including robust iced coffee! Service was excellent!

Nice little cafe by the street but with large seating area outside in the back. We had Tuna Ceviche which was excellent with a coconut/ginger/lime sauce. Patacones were not dripping with oil so on the healthier side. The Cappuccino was the best one we had in CR easily on par with the best ones I know from Italy/Spain.
