Came here twice because the food was so delicious. Everything we tried on the menu (fish, steak, calamari) was good and the waiter was so kind! Highly recommend.

Cafe Milagro offers terrific food and great service. We went for breakfast on a Sunday and had exactly the brunch we had been hoping for since moving to Costa Rica. They offer comida tipica along with amazing mango crepes, wonderful pancakes, and great coffee drinks. I have already shared their info with several friends and will go back every time... More

This place gets good ratings, but we found it to be fairly basic breakfast fare. Generally speaking, CR is pretty laid back when it comes to restaurant service, but there's a difference between laid back and indifference. You can't force someone to care; you have to discover that in the interview process, I guess. Anyway breakfast fare was typical and... More

To begin with, the coffee here is amazing! They sure know how to make the perfect drink! Lunch and dinner here were also spectacular! Great service and a beautiful atmosphere. My favorite dishes were the tropical shrimp and the coconut cream pie! Best dishes of our trip. They also have live music!

This restaurant caters to Americans. The food is quite good, especially at breakfast and lunch. I didn't have a chance to visit for dinner. It is very clean and the staff is extremely welcoming and attentive. It should be your first stop until you get your bearings in the area.

This became our establishment of choice for breakfast, they roast their own coffee, you won't get a better cup in town. Great choice from bagels to eggs anyway you like them. Plus the food and service is high quality and consistent, straightforward and it works well. During our stay they're offering half price dinner, which is an outstanding deal given... More

We stopped for dinner and the food was amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful, my kids loved the fresh lemonade and fruit. I had the beef tenderloin and it was possibly the best tenderloin I have ever had and I am from SD so that says a lot.

We had breakfast here and loved it. The macadamia nut banana pancakes and ticco breakfast were our favorites. The coffee is delish and the service is great. Cute atmosphere and they have craft beers!!

Of all the places we visited during our stay in Costa Rica, we can't stop talking about El Patio. From the service to the half off prices (it's low season), we had an amazing experience. The food is FRESH and you can tell a lot of thought and preparation went into each dish. Soooo dang good. We tried: - pumpkin... More

I was so happy to see that GF label on so many things on the menu. I have extreme celiac disease, ate here twice and feel great. The staff is friendly and the food is fresh, cheap and tasty.
