Stopped by here, while in Costa Rica for lunch and it was yummy. I had the Jerk spice chicken with coconut black beans and rice, my husband had the fish tacos it was super yummy. Cute little patio restaurant. Would go again.

Went in by recommendation of our tour guide. Menu looked great. Ordered food. Ambiance was nice outdoor dining with tropical plants all around and an agouti in the bathroom. Food came, nicely plated and tasty, then the barrage of catamaran tour info, tour cost, savings, booze cruise, discounts, at every approach to the table. The sales pitch became sooo irritating... We are thrilled you came in to support Cafe Milagro however we are honestly super embarrassed and irritated as well that this was your experience. This definitely should not have happened, ever. We are hopping right on this and are having a training with all of our employees to reiterate our policies and ensure this never happens again. Please accept... More

After other evening activities we stopped by Cafe Milagro for dessert. They had a fun dessert menu with a variety of light/fruity or rich/creamy/chocolatey items so that everybody in our family was very happy. All items were wonderful, and the patio environment was beautiful.

Coffee was lukewarm. They did not warn the kids juices are without sugar, the food was nothing great, bit more money than the falafel place nearby or the Emilio's cafe. The waitress played mute when it was convenient. maybe it is a good place but did not work for us.

I had one of my favorite meals in Manuel Antonio here. Upon arriving, they sent out cheyote ceviche - local type of pear/fruit. It was delicious. We both went with the catch of the day, snook, that came with a mashed veggie and sautéed veggies. They also offered Costa Rican craft beers for those interested. It was a nice and... More
