We have had breakfast here numerous times with our group of 8 that visits Jaco together. The sit-down breakfasts with eggs, bacon, rice and beans, coffee are hearty and well-made. They accommodate our large group with smiles and got the food to us quickly, I expect with some effort back in their small kitchen. I did stop by once to... More

What looks like a chill bakery in the heart of Jaco's Main Street is proof that looks can be deceiving! You are welcomed by a nice Frenchman who runs the joint. The food is awesome!! Best breakfast burrito in Costa Rica! The coffee and bagel with lox is very good too. Very cool place!

I had the best breakfast of my trip (stayed 3 months in Costa Rica) at Panaderia Artesanal. It was amazing! Great coffe, juices and bread! If you are looking for a place for breakfast in Jacó, look no further. This is definitely the place to go.

We enjoyed a fresh, delicious breakfast and great service at a great price. It can fill up quickly since it's not that big of a place.

This place has the perfect combination of health and taste, most of their product is made from scratch and I'm personally a natural product lover so this place was more then perfect for me. Their banana bread both with and without peanut butter, yes!!! Peanut butter on banana bread, just surreal. On this you can add super friendly staff and... More

Stopped in for a mid-morning pick-me-up. It was a bit after breakfast time, but I could see a couple of things left that looked pretty interesting. Wound up having a slice of banana bread with a peanut butter topping. OMG, delicious! Not a sweet lover, but this was outstanding. Heavy with bananas and cinnamon and the PB topping was a... More

I now live in Jaco. When I first moved here a year ago I spent some time searching for a real artisan bakery and I found it right here. The best French bread (and other breads); it's even better than the ones I bake myself. I come here a few times a week for a fresh loaf of French. Most... More

I asked my friend who lives here to take me to her favorite breakfast place and she immediately said "Panaderia Artesanal." Her friends Leandro and Alice who run it are wonderful and the pastries and breads are amazing. During my last two-week stay I went there every morning for coffee and a cinnamon roll and now I'm greeted with my... More

This place is great - great lattes, empanadas, desserts, etc. but my favorites are - the tuna sandwich (with a wasabi sauce) and the quiche! They're little petite quiches - so I love to take some to go and heat one for a quick breakfast or lunch. So good! This place is a great place to stop and spend a... More
