This place is delicious! This place was recommended to us by the locals at the Jaco Tour Desk -we are glad we listened! They have a different juice beverage every day -we ate there more than twice! This yummy place satisfied my two nephews (ages 17 & 18), my two kids, and my husband. Good little Soda you do not... More

When we travel CR, we strive to find traditional, family-style CR soda to eat our meals. Tourist places don't appeal to us.... Soda Jaco Rustico was the best soda we ate at during our last stay in San Jose/Jaco. Between 4 family members, we had the beef and chicken. The meat was all cooked to perfection. A welcomed sight was... More

The food was good but not hot. Prices average for area. Would definitely eat there again. It's off a side street so it was a little hard to find but just ask anyone in the area and they will direct you.

We arrived early after seeing reviews on Trip Advisor and a recommendation from the front desk clerk at our hotel. We arrived a bit before the lunch crowd, had the "casedo" (one beef one chicken - both were excellent!). The longer we sat there enjoying the food the more locals kept arriving. It was packed by the time we left.... More

Received a few recommendations to go here, so we did and it was good. Ordered the casados (price includes a drink). Quite filling and reasonably priced. I would go back if I return to Jaco.

We went to breakfast here after our hotel staff made a strong recommendation. The food was average although very reasonable. Not gourmet but edible and the staff was very accommodating.

I went to eat there because everyone l asked they recommended this place. But food was disgusting. All they have is CASADOS which is a plate that has rice, beans, plantains, salad or picadillo and a meat to chose it could be beef, pork, fish or chicken. Well, l ordered my with chicken and guess what my chicken was raw.... More

Enjoyed my typical CR breakfast this morning. Buffet style setup with a majority of customers locals. Good food and loved the local feel. Not a lot of English speaking folks here but challenge yourself to figure out the process. You'll be glad you checked it out.

We had lunch here. Food was quick, tasty, and inexpensive. The Cas (guava juice) was very refreshing! It is cafeteria style dining. You line up, pick your food, then pay. Lots of locals seem to eat there.
