We are regulars at this restaurant. We have always been told that the BBQ grill's sausage is made of pork which we DO NOT EAT so have it substituted with beef. Today we spoke to sara and ordered take-out of the BBQ grill. These are...the issues we always face here: - We asked for NO pork/ham/bacon. When we got home we saw the blood sausage and also some other items that looked like LIVER which has NEVER been part of our BBQ grill order. Question for the management - is the blood sausage beef or pork? All servers have said its PORK but today sara spoke to the chef while I was on hold on the phone and they both confirmed its BEEF! Is that correct? Secondly, whats the liver item? And what exactly does the BBQ grill come with so we can specifically asked to be REMOVED when we order it next? Third - there needs to be a quieter reservation phone line. THe staff SCREAM every time we call and its VERY STRESSFUL, for them and for us, as we cannot hear each other. Literally, we were asking for 'more peppercorn sauce' and they were replying 'flank steak, loin, etc' - very frustrating as we have to scream to match their tone! Fourth - staff often forget to get us water when we dine at the restaurant. They drop off our food without giving us forks/knives. So you may need to hire more staff so that customers are not inconvenienced like this. Thanks for looking in to this matter. Also, look fwd to our response about the meat that was sent to us today - the blood sausage and the liver piece were they pork or beef? We had specifically asked for NO pork/ham/bacon as we are ALLERGIC to this meat. That being said, we love Sara and her excellent attitude so a bit of training from management to the staff will go a long way!More

This restaurant has a cool vibe, prime location and nice service. But.... the food was average at best. Rib-eye was extremely fatty and the breaded chicken was beyond overcooked. Straight rubber. I wouldn’t eat here again, especially when there are so many better choices in...TamarindoMore

We've been coming here for the 2x1 margaritas recently! The margaritas are inexpensive and Evelyn makes excellent ones! Refreshing and not too sweet or sour. The empanadas (we love the carne one) are delicious and overall Patagonia has a nice atmosphere with friendly staff. The...Argentinian Chimichurri Sauce served with buns is delectable and we'll be back to try more items on the menu.More

We have to come here every year for their unbelievable Pepper Steak. This is coming for a Midwesterner from Iowa that very rarely orders steak when we go out to eat as I am always disappointed compared to home.

Nice restaurant just off Central Ave near El Mercandito food court. Great place to sit down and enjoy a good meal. The staff were very friendly and the food was excellent. Wife and I were craving a steak and they did not disappoint. Open atmosphere,...kind of a pub feel.More

We walked by a few times and saw it was crowded and decided to try it. When we got there, it was booked so we made a reservation for the following night. We were not disappointed as the food was really tasty. It is know...for their great steaks. The empanadas were also delicious. And very good sangria. We had a lovely meal here and would go back.More

This is a busy place and you need to reserve ahead of time. We did not and sat at the bar. We ate there two nights and had meals that were excellent. One fish dish, and one pasta dish. Friendly bartender too. Prices are reasonable...for food and drink quality.More

Incredible steak. And the homemade ham stuffed fresh pasta was also amazing! For appetizers, if they have the baked cheese, it’s a must! Make a reservation, it’s so good it’s booked every night.
