Latitude Blue had very good food but some other places around town are better. They had a lot of nice places to sit alongside the beach as well. Additionally, there were nice flat screen TVs. I recommend trying this place if you have a large group or if it is a busy night in town, and you need a place... More

The server was very friendly and the food was just OK- nothing special. Expensive for what you got. Don't go for the entertainment - this was a distraction. We were not told there was entertainment and probably would have chosen somewhere else if we had known. It was an interpretive dance show and did not fit with the atmosphere.

The prices on the menu were in American dollars. We ordered a bottle of wine which was priced at 22 dollars. The food was very mediocre, steak and sea bass. When the bill came it was in colones which we thought was strange as the menu prices were in dollars. Were I a suspicious person I may have thought that this was a deliberate attempt... Albert, thanks for your visit! We're sorry you were confused by colones, which are the currency of the country you were in when you made your purchase. When travelling, it is best to check conversion rates and understand buying and selling of a currency when it is different than the one you may be used to, and you need to... More

We stopped here on one of our excursions and the place was great. We wanted a little local flair and got it. The music was in English but the also have a Mariachi band. It was happy hour so we ordered 2 Pura Vidas. $6 for both and they were wonderful. I wanted my cheeseburger in paradise so that is... More

Had a great lunch at this place by accident yesterday. The fish tacos were excellent, both grilled and fried. But the fried were really amazing. The Pablo bread crumbs had that great crunch. One of the kids had a burger and it was good as well. The waiter wasn't quick but he was very polite. Overall Lunch was excellent. We... More

My wife and I had dinner at Latitude Blue our first night in Tamarindo. The location right on the beach initially attracted us to the restaurant. The view and location ended up being the best part of our visit. The staff there were very pleasant, however it took forever to get any service. Now as we found out later service... More

Our first visit here was a rushed one. After a horrible experience at a nearby competitor's, we only had a little time left to eat before an evening tour. When we told them, they got us good food and they got it to us fast. Gotta love that! Went back the next night to watch the Superbowl. Like restaurants and... More

Went for dinner on the early side but after happy hour. Service was slow and then brought several wrong dishes to our table. Food was fine, not amazing but good. Overall it was ok bit i wouldn't go back.

I had the pleasure of eating here twice on a recent trip. Both meals for me and my guests were wonderful. The wait staff was efficient and pleasant - shout out to Jose. Well worth a trip here.

Sat outside right next to the beach at night. Very nice atmosphere. Felt kind of like a party or bar atmosphere. Food was good. Blackened Mahi Mahi I had was done well, but all the seasonings were centralized instead of spread. Chicken soup had a large portion of chicken and was tasty. Not everything on the menu was available.
