We stopped at this place mostly for the fine view and was happily surprized by the fine ice creams, coffees, etc. Be adviced that the portions are big! Efficient service where you pay at the cashiers.

We visit this restaurant often. The food is always good and reasonably priced. With the wonderful view, well that’s what keeps us coming back.

The home made food is really tasty and typical. I was impressed with the biodegradable container to go. Completely recommend this restaurant!

The area where the restaurant is located is fantastic for the views on the plants, woods, plantations, and even the few houses around. The restaurant itself has several paths to enjoy. And then the food which is very good, with a local touch of tortillas...and chorreadas.More

Awesome lunch... Great environment and delicious typical options. They also have good customer service, the place gets really full on a Sunday but this does not decrease the quality nor you have to wait a lot for you food to be served. Nice option to...eat as a family and you will also enjoy the views.More

In the Cervantes of Cartago mountains, driving towards to Turrialba, you can find this espectacular restaurant, where you can see a great landscape and also, of course, eats delicious costa rican traditional food. More than a restaurant, "Bocadito del Cielo" (Little bite of Heaven) it...is a gastronomic and relaxed atmosphere experience. I am sure, you gonna enjoy it. Also, there you can buy Costarican souvenirs and traditional sweeties known as "cajetas".More

We stopped at Bocadito Del Cielo on our way to Orosi valley. The restaurant has great views and a large menu. We ordered of the Spanish menu as the “English” prices were ridiculous. The Patacones were fantastic. The portions are huge. My wife and I...could you shared a main course. Food quality was very good and the service was top class.More

We had a late lazy lunch with some friends. The frescos were high quality. The portions were huge. We have leftovers for supper. The view and open air area to eat were relaxing.

We got there by a recommendation, I had lots of expectations to get a nice chorreada!! it's difficult to explain the feeling of the experience. It wasn't bad food but some how the overall experience wasn't memorable. The server want us to have what ever...he wanted, I asume the big busses with tourist just say yes to that and its easier for the kitchen. Well we had to insist to order from the menu different items. The chorreadas were not good at all, saggy, way to sweet and burned. They misunderstood the order and at some point we had so many plates on the table that we had to remove some and put it in the other table next to us. Coffee was great. It seams that they are use to give what they want or I had a bad day overall there…More

we had a very enjoyable lunch of typical costa rican food that was well prepared, generously portioned and served in a reasonable amount of time in spite of the hordes of people who were there.
