They offer typical Costarrican food at a tpurist rate, the food is ok and the place is practical to accommodate large groups however it doesn’t offer any experience in service or facilities, if you’re looking for a better scenery you could check out nearby cafeterias...or other locations near the volcano.More

Very good grilled chicken and friendly waitress. The guacamole was great and the tres leche cake was delicious.

Stopped for a "tipico" breakfast on the way to Irazu. Indifferent service but the breakfast was OK. Would probably eat there again if we go to Irazu early, mostly because of location and convinience

If you are visiting Costa Rica and more specifically Cartago province, do yourself a favor and stop by Mi Tierra Restaurant, and enjoy some great typical Costa Rican cuisine. The have great variety of food for all ages. Every time a visit Costa Rica I...make sure to stop by Mi Tierra as many times as possible. By the way, If you are driving to spent some time at the Irazú Volcano, Mi Tierra it’s on the volcanos way…More

Sit amongst your new amigos of Cartago. Be ready for a traditional Costa Rican meal. Our beef and chicken dishes were delicious perfectly balanced in flavor and such wonderful marinated meat. The beans might be the best I’ve had in CR, so creamy. The tortillas...are all homemade and are so gooooooood. This place is unassuming and has a slightly rustic atmosphere. It’s very comfortable and great if you are going as a couple, a bunch of friends or a large family. They have sitting to accommodate all. Highly recommend if in the Cartago area and if visiting the Irazú Volcano.More

We thought the food was excellent. Typical Costarican food well prepared. The price was a little high but worth it. We had typical plates because we enjoy local food. I would return here.

We were met with a very friendly staff. Caroline our food server was excellent and made recommendations and everyone was pleased with their food. Our breakfast included huevos rancheros, breakfast burritos, gallo pinto and pancakes. It was a pleasant stop on our way to Trogon.

I was with a small european group there in november. The food was ok, but in my opinion You cannot bring to the client coffe in mug. It was lunch, not breakfast. And it is not allowed to bring anything in plastic or even use...plastic spoon! Not in a restaurant which respects the clients.More

Average food but you pay a very high price. It is nothing extraordinary, is the same food you find in a Soda but in here cost 4 times more. The place is ok. I guess it is expensive because is close to the museum. To...my. It was a wrong call, but i can live with it.More

Fantastic food. The food here was delicious. Every single thing we ordered tasted fresh, and as if made at the moment. The food we ordered was served very quickly and the presentation was beautiful. The "lomo" is one of the best foods but that is...just my preference. Hope you enjoy because I sure did.More
