Just happened to stop in for lunch, not planned. We sat on the deck and had an amazing lunch. My daughter (8) is still talking about the incredibly fresh and delicious chicken soup. Everyone was so kind- the chef said hello and asked about the...food. I would eat here any day of the week.More

It was a very modest place, but the breakfast was freshly prepared, with lot of flavors and very abundant.

We ate here twice and were impressed both times. Fine spicing, generous portions, nice presentation and a great outdoor patio in the back with a lovely view. Our server, Javier spoke English and provided great service. One tip: skip the desserts.

Very tasty, great service and reasonably priced. My steak was cooked just right, husband's chicken was very moist and tender. The pico de gallo was so fresh and tasty. Definitely worth the walk down the hill!

Chicken, grilled meats, plantains, rice and black beans, and perhaps the best coffee we had in Costa Rica. Eat on the patio overlooking the forest!

Good good and very inexpensive. After shopping grabbed a quick bite. Cafeteria style, you point, they serve and you only pay for the foods you want.

Although down a driveway off of the main road (unimpressive entrance)... the restaurant was a real treat. Beautiful setting in the farm. Lots of birds and butterflies clearly visible. Excellent service. Delicious food (I had the finca saddlebag... house special with chicken). Picadillo was the...best I have had in Costa Rica 🇨🇷More

The food is always very well prepared at La Finca. Today I had grilled prawns, they were prepared perfectly. My husband had had the special of the day which was a steak with chimichrri sauce. his food also was prepared well. The thing that sets...this restaurant apart from the rest is the service. Costa Rica is NOT known for their food or restaurant service. The servers are very very good at their job!More

We ate here after touring through the artisan and furniture shop next door. Although there are a lot of signs for La Finca Restaurant on the road, it took a bit of scrutiny to understand that you have to go down the very steep and...very narrow concrete driveway to the side of the artisan shop to get to the restaurant. There is a small parking lot at the bottom of the driveway. The food we had was very tasty and filling. One side of the large dining area is bordered by large windows that overlook a pleasant pastoral setting with lots of vegetation. The prices are on the high side, but not extravagantly so. It's worth it if you are ready for a good meal in a pleasant setting. They aren't really ready to start serving food until around 1:00 p.m.More
