We stopped at this restaurant from our day excursion from Baldi Springs. They specialize in grilled meat and burgers. The food was not that exceptional. I ordered the seafood soup, clear broth with a few bits of seafood, the fish was a large tilapia, skip the chicken skewer! dry like the sahara. I wont revisit for sure!

Busy place with terrific service and very good food. Generous portions, too. The chicken tasted great with seasoning but was dry. The guacamole and pico were tremendous and I contemplated getting more! Seafood rice was tasty but contained bits of shell, unfortunately. Ribs and nachos were flawless. Impressive place.

We had a cheeseburger and a lomito, the meat is great and freshly grilled almost in front of you. Cute cozy place with nice wooden tables. Small/short menu but of good quality which is what counts at the end.

We went there yesterday because of the good reviews! Unfortunately, these reviews are out of date! The waitresses are unfriendly and leave you sitting down straight away and ask if you want water. We said yes and ordered a bottle of sparkling water. The menu said 2500 crc for a 1.5 l bottle of water and we got a 0.75 ml bottle of sparkling water. The dishes were overpriced and the staff were unfriendly so we didn't want to eat there. At the cash register we got the bill for 3500 crc. When we asked why, we were told that it was sparkling water. We pointed out to the lady that it should be mentioned accordingly on the menu. She wouldn't listen to reason, we paid and left the restaurant. We cannot recommend this restaurant!

I am a tour guide in Costa Rica, so many ovations I visit this area of fortune. I always made this stop which was necessary for customers to experience a good plate of delicious cuts of meat a good grill, but on my last visit the waitress who is definitely new because I had never seen her there. It was the worst, my client ordered a small ceviche which we had eaten the day before and in fact we were served by a girl who is the one who always serves me. But this other waitress since we arrived was super bitter and not at all friendly, upon seeing her response that they didn't have this I told her I'm going to talk to the girl who served us yesterday and I explained the situation to her and after that I just got up and told her My client, we're leaving here. I hope to never take a customer to this restaurant again until they change that girl and provide better customer service. Terrible experience after he left me in a bad way with my client.

One of the worse service we have encountered in Costa Rica. We went for lunch. We were a group of 10. The food was okay. Some were decent, but the others were just SOOOO SALTY. I ordered the churrasco medium rare and they gave me a well done and the only thing I could taste was how salty it was. I didn’t complained nor commented on it, I just ordered more rice to cover the salt. The worse part was the customer service was the though. We were never asked how the food was. We had to stand up in order to get their attention even though we were the only table left by then. It was my sister’s birthday so we politely asked if we could bring out the cake and they agreed. Knowing that, they never offered for new small plates. I know it was not part of the lunch, therefore, we just ate them with the napkins. However, if you do work in a tourist spot, willingness to assist your customers is a must which we were neglected of. We also work in customer service and normally give tips but the service was just so disappointing that it was out of the question. Hopefully their management see this and can improve. Pura vida!

I was driving back after my visit to the Hanging Bridges when I decided to stop at this place to get a quick lunch. The décor is nice and open and staff is very friendly. The food is tasty and well priced for the area. It was a late lunch at just before 2 pm so it wasn't too full and service was quick.

I was just passing by and stopped in on a whim. Jennifer and Ana Yancy attended to me. Two lovely ladies that were extremely helpful and pleasant. My Spanish is very rusty and Jennifer heard me struggling so she spoke to me in English. I ordered the tenderloin skewer. It came with veggies and potatoes. I also had a lemonade with peppermint which was very refreshing. The tenderloin skewer was extremely delicious. It was cooked to perfection and the sides complimented the meat. It came with a sauce with oil and garlic. If you are a meat eater, I highly recommend!

We just happened to choose this restaurant the night we went out and we got their amazing guacamole and chips which started us off right, but then we got our meal and it blew us away. My husband and I shared a parillada (I think that was what it was called). Let me just say... get this and come HUNGRY. There is so much food and it all tastes so good. Also, our server was so friendly and happy to serve us. We loved having her. And the environment is so nice as there are no walls and it's open for a breeze to come through.

Angelina Gardens. Right behind the Rama Rohan restaurant there is a lovely gardens. $5 entrance fee included a guide. Lots of humming birds and knowledgeable Guide well worth the money. We also combined it with a coffee and chocolate class. A very informative and enjoyable 2.5 hours.

I saved this restaurant for my last night in La Fortuna. The food is awesome and the staff are great! We were a party of five and our we didn't have to wait too long for our orders. I would recommend this restaurant if you're in La Fortuna.

Great, clean place with very good food & service. Wish we were in town longer to go back for more. Sad to see what this unnecessary lockdown is doing to CR and the rest of the world. Go out to eat & take some precautions, you’ll be fine!

In the garden behind the 'Rana Roja' restaurant, a tour of honey bees, chocolate and coffee is offered. The honey bees shown are native stingless Melipona species. A really excellent opportunity to learn about the little creatures and even try the honey. This part of the tour alone makes the garden an absolute recommendation. The part about chocolate, with the opportunity to make your own creation, is also a lot of fun. The tour was restructured a bit for us because we are not interested in coffee. Anyone interested in bees and chocolate connoisseurs should not miss this tour.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The food arrived promptly and was really tasty. Could have done with a few more fries with my bbq ribs, or maybe the ribs portion was too big? but that is a nit pick.

They easily fed our high school group touring and the food and service were great. The kids loved the food and dessert. The facilities were clean and we would go again.
