The food they serve is good and you can enjoy it and the place, is clean and nice, but you can't find basic italian options such as lasagna, pasta with meat or meat balls, bruscheta, tomato soup, limonchelo, meat cuts nor biscotti. About the prices are fare but you can find similars with more options in restaurants like L'Olivo or... More

They serve a very good pizza, thin crust and super tasty. We also tried eggplant with mozzarella and tomato sauce, you have to try it too, it is excellent!

Luis was a great person to help us on our visit here he was very knowledgable and was able to explain different options on what we can do even with the language barrier. The food was very delicious and well worth the money

La Fabricca has the desire to cook italian with local ingredients, which is always a challenge for local business trying to cook international flavors, even when this place is one of my favorites because of the oven cooked pizza, still average

I am from New York City and always thought that New York City pizza was the best. This restaurant near the airport, has the thinnest crust, great toppings and all done in a wood fired oven. The clientele seemed to represent an upscale population of costa rican society. A very nice surprise for our last dinner in Costa Rica.

We enjoyed the pleasant atmosphere, friendly waiters and delicious pizza. There was a free minibus at 7.30pm from the Holiday InnExpress, and return buses at 8.30 and 9.30 (only 8 minutes' journey). Otherwise, a taxi is easy.

Good selection of pizzas. Very thin crust, which I like. Fresh basil, garlic, etc. for toppings. A bit pricey and the beers are definitely too expensive. $5 for a Heinekin or Bavaria in Costa Rica is outrageous. In the future, I will do take out and cut the bill in half by drinking at home. Must have been why the... More

Like all of the La Fabbrica Pizzerias that I have visited, the pizzas are excellent.. With the thin crusts and not an overabundance of sauces, they definitely are not from Dominos or Papa Johns.. Quite enjoyable, but compared to US pricing, quite expensive as Pizzas generally are in Costa Rica.
