Ate lunch here with 3 others. I had #15 ground beef enchiladas with rice and beans with red sauce. My husband had a chicken fajita taco, another had #17 burrito, and lastly fajita lunch special. The chips and salsa are great. Also ordered small queso which was excellent but would need bigger size if others want to share. Everyone else... More

Fast service with great specials. I come often for early dinner to take advantage of their happy hour and quick delivery. The server always check back and workers friendly. The amount of food for the price and speed has been fair every time. It's your average Mexican food fare, but worth the drive for Tuscaloosa.

This was some of the quickest Mexican food to ever come out. Everything was made fresh and tasted delicious! Enchiladas are the way to go!!

We stop in each time we can. Being from Texas I eat a lot of Mexican food and I accept that away from home I am going to be often disappointed. Los Tarascos is as good as it gets. Great service and greater food. very casual hole in the wall location. Perfect.

Doesn't look like much from the outside, but the best food is usually served in places like this. I had a shredded beef chimichanga and it was absolutely delicious, service was great and food served quickly. Would definitely recommend if you're passing by or even have to make the drive for it.

Huge menu! There are your typical Mexican American fare and if you look hard there are a few traditional dishes you shouldn't miss! Their authentic hot salsas are the bomb! Be sure to be adventitious if you dare. Very reasonable and huge portions! Don't forget the margaritas !

We sat down and our waiter took our drink orders and gave us some time to look over our menus. He came back and took our orders and within 5 minutes our food is served! It was good food, salsa was good and the queso was really good. Highly recommend if you want Mexican food in the area.

We stopped over in Tuscaloosa as a waypoint on a trip. Did a quick search on best Mexican restaurant, and the reviews led us to Los Tarascos. Very cute place, excellent margaritas, chips, outstanding enchiladas, mole sauce, and rice and beans. Excellent service! We will definitely go back if we stop again in Tuscaloosa!

Unlike most restaurants in Tuscaloosa this family owned restaurant feels very authentic and the food tastes homemade. The portions are very plenty so you might want to share their meals with someone. The decorations are very nice and add to the atmosphere.
