That rating should be a negative 1 , I ordered delivery pizza , 20 minutes later I got order confirmation followed by order out for delivery on the way. I was at tge Holiday Inn just 4 blocks up the road. I met the driver...outside 2 hours later.I took the pizza to my room opened it up and it looked like someone had dropped it and was stone cold.Called, complained to deaf ears, told her to refund I was throwing away and ordering a real pizza from Papa Johns.Another example of Pizza Huts failing quality around the country, I was afraid it was only in my town.More

It took 2 hours and 45 minutes to receive my order. The order status stated it had left the store one and half hours in. When the driver called to tell me how far he was from my house, he had yet to apologize but...his response was, "Well, you can just cancel it." *in a sarcastic tone* Everything I ordered was cold. Yes, I would have canceled the order had it not been for my son. Also, it would take 3-5 days to have it refunded so what about our dinner. This store was located 1 mile from our home and my husband had our car at work so I was stuck dealing with cold food, sarcasm and an unapologetic crew. It really deserves 0 stars but leaving one star was the only way I could comment.More

I go to Pizza Hut restaurants regularly at home in England so thought I would try this whilst passing through Tuscaloosa on holiday.... BIG MISTAKE!! We were the only people in there, the place smelt disgusting and did not look clean at all! The worst...thing was the young lady serving and greeting customers!! Had earphones in from her phone the entire time, was miserable and had the most vile bright blue fingernails!! Customer service was disgusting!! The whole experience put me off visiting another Pizza Hut in America and made us take our pizza back to the hotel to eat instead. I was even put off eating the food due to the state of the restaurant!! VERY bad service and state of the restaurant, will not be visiting again!!More

I usually love Pizza Hut but this was by far the worst location and food quality I've ever experienced from this chain. The pizza was "doughy" and not even cooked thoroughly. We were staying at a nearby hotel and ordered to go so we didn't...know how bad it was until we returned to our hotel room. Also, they had a sign on the door that their AC was broken. It was very hot inside the restaurant so I'm glad we didn't chose to eat in. Unfortunatley I don't think I'll ever order from Pizza Hut again. The pizza was so bad I don't think I could even bring myself to eat any Pizza Hut pizza again.More

If and when they put pizza on the buffet it's good, but be prepared to wait forever and stand in line looking at an empty buffet.

We thought maybe the 15 St location would be better than Northport. The pizza was very good. Not a great variety but still good and fresh. The salad did not appear fresh at all. The stems on the broccoli were dark on the ends. Once...my wife picked up a plate and it was stuck to another because there was food between the plates. These plates were in the 'clean ' stack. No wonder the place wasn't crowded.More
