I never come home without a trip to Taco Casa. Sweet tea, the house wine, is a must have along with my beloved chicken Chimalupa. Although this place is constantly busy I've never had any issues with wait time. Going inside is always quicker than the drive thru most times. It's great for family visits, hangouts or solo trips.

Local American Mexican. Local chain like Taco Bell. Everything is fresh. Some drive thru lines are very slow. Best to go inside. I like it a lot. Beef bean burrito is my favorite. They also have the good crushed ice.

I decided to go through the drive thru and once I looked at the menu I was disappointed . I ended trying a burrito and it was terrible the tortilla was tacky and had no flavor at all. I tossed it in the trash. Don't waste your money.

This is where students eat because you get so much and it's cheap. But it's much better than Taco Bell and for that reason it's always busy. I went around 3 and it was almost full.

Locals crave for and rave about this place. I don't get it. It's low level fast food- that's all. I'll pass thanks.

Taco Casa is a staple for our area. We love it. It is fast food Mexican but must better than Taco Bell type restaurants. Everyone should try the regular taco. It will get soggy if not eaten immediately but it's great!! I highly recommend for any visitor to our area.

For "drive thru" Mexican, Taco Casa is hard to beat. A better option than Taco Bell, if you've got a little more money to spend. Meat is fresh and restaurant has a more clean and homey feel. You won't leave upset. Prices could be a little lower.

I've never been disappointed at any of the area Taco Casa locations that I've been to. They have a decent variety of options on their menu to choose from. It's usually messe nachos and a chicken soft taco for me.

Taco case is the most awesome thing ever! I love the beefy nachos, enchiladas, messy nachos, and you cannot beat their tacos! Love!

I have tried several of the locations around town because people that are from Tuscaloosa thinks it is good. My experience is you pay a lot of money for small portions that are bland at best. At worse you walk away with Montezuma's revenge which has happened to me 2 times from 2 separate locations. Save your money and go... More

Quality, great-tasting fast food Mexican restaurant that has been a favorite of Tuscaloosa's since it opened in 1974. Voted "Best Sweet Tea" for 3 years in a row and voted back to back "Best Tuscaloosa Restaurant" in a recent competition.
