Outstanding hole in the wall BBQ place. Get the ribs and fried okra, not alot of seating so be prepared to wait for a table if your there when its busy.

Our second visit and the food is just as good as it was the first time 2 years ago. Today I had mixed plate of ribs and pork. More than enough for lunch and dinner! They have a wide selection of sides. Although out of potato salad, I had green beans and fried green tomatoes which were perfect. My husband... More

They were extremely busy, but i think the bbq had been prepared in advance and just warmed up to meet the demand. I went for takeout.

The Ribs were fantistic and the pork was very good as well. The only bad part about the barbeque was no bun. Only soggy white bread that made it impossible to pick up and eat. I am sure some would prefer that but not me. The beans were fantastic. The only thing we didnt like was the banana pudding. Never... More

Awesome BBQ! Saw this place by our hotel and had to try it. Not a place to take a person who does not appreciate a home town family run restaurant. No frills, just good food. Lots of people were just doing carry out. No frills, just great food.

This was really good BBQ meat and sauce, but I'd rather the sandwich be served on a bun instead of soggy white bread. I loved the atmosphere, tho!!!!!

They have great ribs. Great fried catfish, pulled pork, chicken wings and all kinds of great sides like collard greens, mac and cheese, etc. Good alternative to Dreamland's very limited menu.

My hotel recommended this place and I am glad they did! Service was great, fast and friendly. The mixed meat dinner included ribs, pork, white bread and two sides. The meat was cooked to perfection and the beans and slaw were very good. All that for about 12 bucks make this a must try.

BBQ is great. Simple and delicious. Sides are typical Southern Fare-- small place. Pork served on a piece of sliced bread. Green beans were good. I took my food back to hotel.

I was introduced to this BBQ as a child in the early 60s. I have eaten BBQ all over the South and IMO you cant beat this place. Its not fancy but after you take a bite you couldn't care less about fancy tables and such.
