Must try, just wanna say, a very tender, very tasty juicy mouth watering steak! One of the best steakhouses!

Having traveled to China multiple times to visit a manufacturing facility north of Shanghai, I always looked forward to dinner at Moons before the flight back to the US. The tuna tartare appetizer, a cold Paulaner and a perfectly cooked Rib-Eye... Its been a year since my last trip and I can still task it.

My partner and I came here in hopes of having a great all around steak dinner. We have been to the Xintiandi Mall several times and have seen this restaurant, and finally decided to make reservations one night. There was not as much seating as we imagined, but that just made for all the more cozy feel, without feeling crowded.... More

Staying in Jing'an

Neighborhood Profile
Jing'an
The heart of this neighborhood is the Jing'an Temple, while the main artery of excitement and entertainment is West Nanjing Road. Close to the Former French Concession, the area has a similar draw for foreign residents but displays a more commercial character. Large, flashy malls, luxe residential high-rises and trendy nightlife areas can be found along West Nanjing Road, but areas off the busy street have the same quiet cafes and independent boutiques that many people think of as distinctive of the Former French Concession. Jing'an is less encased in amber, though, and it's possible to immerse yourself more fully in the energy of China's most bustling metropolis here.
