I've been to a few Purple Onion locations, and it's a satisfying experience every single time. This location did not differ, tasty food at a decent price. I personally recommend the stuffed baked potatoes, they are the bomb!

We have eaten here on quite a few occasions visiting family. You can't beat the gyros. I would suggest the gyro plate or anything of that type. The burgers and fries are average but ok. Always has pleased the kids. They have outdoor seating if you like that and sometimes the tvs are on on the inside. I have always... More

The value of the food is great. Had a cheeseburger and it was the greatest. Had a Philly Cheesesteak and it was horrible. They had no idea how to make one. The onions were not cooked at all and it had tomatoes. Oh well. The cheeseburger and fries are the best! Triple Forks Hunting.

Had a quick good lunch here. I ate the bacon cheeseburger with cheese fries. Not healthy, however it was really good. The staff was very nice. Good value for the money. The sweet tea has a mint flavor, if you like flavored tea.

One of my favorite places to stop when I'm in the Birmingham area. The gyro roll up are amazing. The service is great, food superb.

Although the titles on the menu sound familiar, the tastes are not. The flavorings are mid-Eastern, I think, and so are the meats. There seemed to be lamb and other meats that I don't really care for, nor the seasonings used. It was a disappointment for a restaurant that had been recommended.

I love this localrestaurant that has grown to several locations. The kabobs and burgers are always good. Try the hummus!

The "plates" are large with a good variety of food. The beef kabobs really were the best thing ordered by anyone in our family of five. Service was quick.

The sandwiches were pretty good and the service was fantastic. I took my teenaged son with me and he really enjoyed his meal, he just wished it was a bit more generous.

This Purple Onion has the absolutely best beef kabobs over rice and Greek salad with pita a fresh hummus. I topped it off with cheesecake. The drive through service is superb. I make by at least twice a month.
