Long wait but great way to spend and early evening watching sunset. Very cool place. This is truly a beautiful place to relax and and enjoy a meal by the ocean

The overall experience at this restaurant is hard to beat. Wonderful view of the pass, and the fishing boats leaving the pass and returning with their catch. You can view the state park beach across the pass. A large sandy area for the kids and adults to play in. There are areas of grass interwoven between which feels great on... More

Loved loved loved this place. The ordering is a little weird and the line is long but besides that it was awesome! This is our fourth year in a row visiting this area for vacation, I can't believe we are just finding this place (I had seen it in passing but thought it was a public access to the beach).... More

Great little bar to be out in the sun except that you can't get in the water. So, if you're into hanging out under shady trees or tables or even lay out in the sun while having a bite to eat and some drinks, this is a great spot. Bring the kids to run around, saw families enjoying themselves. No... More

Food was great! we loved the salad dressing (had the grilled grouper on the salad)... only problem was the biting flies... made our lunch miserable.

Love, love, love this place. The location, the atmosphere and the food are all amazing. They need to play more classic songs than they do though.

Alabama's Gulf Coast beaches are among the very best in the country. White sand and very well kept. Wonderful place for family vacations-long and short stays.

We make a regular trip to The Gulf each time we stay at our beach rental...drive from Beach Club in Fort Morgan. Food is consistent but drinks are pricy. Go for the nice settling & view. Lots of kids running around during summer & break.

We happened upon The Gulf looking for something with outside seating. What a gem. Very cool idea with containers for structures, 3 separate places to get food and separate bars for drinks. We had the Grouper and it compares to some of the best with had in St Pete and Tampa area.

Thank Ken H
