On our way to a ceremony in Selma, we stopped at Cracker Barrel. My riding partner had never been (go figure), and I told her that they have the best food. When we arrived, it was about 2:00 p.m., and there were people waiting outside. When we went in, no one was at the desk where you check in to... More

My second visit to Cracker Barrel and first visit to Montgomery. Equally satisfied and really happy with the service and food quality. Drink service was fast and plentiful. Food was as the menu stated, hot and fresh. All team members were polite. Definitely worth another visit.

Pecan pancakes and grits were just right. My husband and I always share the Momma's breakfast with a side order of grits. Always really good breakfast.

Poor service...stinky ladies room...brought my wife and daughters food and then informed me that they were out of what I ordered...I didn't have to pay for the meatloaf I ordered, but it shows how poorly managed this store is....couple next to us Sat for 15 minutes before anyone spoke to them.

We stopped here while traveling. We were seated rather quickly and our drinks ordered/ The thing that kept me from giving it a fifth star is that it looked as if they did not have enough staff for the crowd. Our server was very pleasant and professional but she disappeared at times and was slow which I think was due... More

I never thought I would give a Cracker Barrel an average rating as it is typically one of our favorite places to eat and pretty consistent no matter which one you go to. This particular location was not impressive. Service was slow, food was slow and not that great. We were traveling and stopped here for dinner. We got a... More

We stopped by on a road trip for breakfast. The food was decent, like every other cracker barrel. We got there right at 6 am so service was pretty quick. The server accidentally brought the wrong drink but she caught her error and offered to fix it. The bathrooms were rough. Toilets were dirty, and floors dirty. And this was... More

The service was really bad starting with the hostesses who had a hard time figuring out where to seat us, and how many menus we needed. The food was good but took 45 minutes to get our food once we ordered. The staff is really slow, and inefficient.

You can't go wrong with a Cracker Barrel Breakfast, whether it's early morning or mid-morning. Enjoyed our relaxing 'goodbye visit' with our family before heading home. Wait staff was very nice and was 'smitten' by my 2 year old great-grandson. :)
