I have several issues with this particular visit the cashier who took my payment, later was the one who started preparing the food, then someone who was actually cleaning the restaurant came back and started working the food line without washing their hands and was...physically touching the broccoli !!!!!!! Fried rice was good. Sweet and sour chicken was 98% dough. The fried egg rolls smelled odd and had no filling that was noticeable. We will NOT be using this place again.
I spent $30 on food that I couldn’t even eat! Delivery guy was rude, took 2 hours to get my food & I ordered an hour before I needed the food. First thing I tried was the wonton soup which was bland, soggy & had...barely any wontons! I tried the shrimp fried rice which was once again BLAND. Not fried at all seemed more like they just mixed up some rice shrimp & onions. No seasoning at all. The hot & spicy shrimp was the only thing I could eat. Even though there was about 8 pieces of shrimp with a container full of onions & sauce. Crab Rangoon was stale & barely any filling as if they can’t spare any! Worst place to eat I will NEVER order from here againMore
Guys I write this as I try to keep myself from throwing up. I ate from here earlier today and now I’m sick! Stomach has been in knots since I ate their food. I’m afraid to even eat or drink anything because I feel like...I just need this to work its way out of my system before I put anything else on my stomach. My food was cold the rice was hard. The container was hot to the touch so it wasn’t until I got home that I realized my food wasn’t really hot or fresh!! I wasn’t about to go back because I was home already. DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT EAT THIS FOOD! I ordered delivery which took 2 hours to get. When I received it the bag was soaked with some kind of juice. I asked the driver if he spilled it and he said it was grease!...The Beef? on a stick was inedible. So tough I couldn't cut it with a knife much less chew it. They forgot my egg rolls so I called them back. The woman asked if I wanted store credit! Hell no! The entrée wasn't what I ordered but I tried to eat some of it anyway. Epic mistake. The best thing that could happen to this place would be an insurance fire with the owners inside so they don't continue to pollute the service industry. AGAIN, DO NOT EAT HERE!More
The people that work at the restaurant are sooooo RUDE! They don't greet you when you walk in. Nor do they say thank you once you receive your order. If that wasn't bad enough the rice was gooey and the General TSO chicken wasn't the...slightest bit spicy. The staff there was so unpleasant that it seems that they do not care if you return. Got Lo Mein here and was quite pleased. Hot food, clean place from what I could see. Pretty average chinese fare, but not bad at all for that.
The staff are super friendly, the food is always good, and they have super fast delivery service. In my opinion, Panda Haven is the best place for Chinese Takeout.
Good service and fast delivery. Small restaurant with only a few tables. Fried rice, house lo mein, egg drop soup, sesame chicken and Sichuan chicken are all delicious.

I really dislike giving out bad reviews....but I dislike bad food even more. Everyone raves about this restaurant and I have tried it twice. The rice was not cooked properly and the crispy noodles were anything but crispy or fresh. The dishes I got were...not flavorful both times I went. I have been a customer for several years. We probably order food there once a month. Today we ordered the same for delivery, and they messed up the order. We called to have the order corrected. Usually the principle is to fix the order at...not charge. They insulted us by charging us for the difference in food price. It would be reasonable to pay the difference if it was our mistake. We drove to the restaurant and took the food back. They did not apologize it try to fix their mistake. We will not be ordering from that restaurant ever again.More
In the crowded world of Chinese pick-up restaurants Panda Haven is a standout. Each of the dishes we have ordered have been fresh and flavorful. The combos are a great value for a quick lunch or dinner treat. A true family fixture in West Mobile.
Cant believe that a Chinese food restaurant does not use beansprout in their fried rice. It's a signature ingredient in chinese fried rice. Very disappointed. Will not order from them again. They are passing a vegetable rice as Chinese fried rice.
