This restaurant serves the best Mexican food I have ever had, and I love Mexican quisine. Expertly prepared and served and delicious! All orders come with chips/salsa and many dishes come with a side of flour tortillas. Staff are very friendly and make the dining...atmosphere casual but family oriented. More selections here than any Mexican place I have ever seen. Open for lunch too and it is all great.More

My wife and I have eaten here many times. It is family owned and operated and each visit it like going to eat with family. Always a warm welcome. Service is fast and the food is the absolute best mexican I've had in this area....Margarita's are VERY good! I know we'll be ordering some to go plates this week. Really hate that we can't just go in and enjoy a visit but I suppose we'll have to hide out at home until the virus has run it's course. Do yourself a favor and order to go, or delivery, asap. You'll love it!! We've had almost everything on the menu over the past few years and it's all excellent!More

I stopped here for a quick lunch while in the area for business. What a pleasant surprise to find authentic Tex-mex food in Mobile. Highly recommended (especially the street tacos).

This is one of my wife’s and my favorite go to places for lunch and dinner. Good food for a decent price and friendly service.

This place is worth a try. The chips and salsa are wonderful. My waitress was very friendly and attentive. It is in a less desirable location so I recommend going for lunch. At this price point it would have been nice to have sour cream...and/or guacamole with the dish. Give them a shot, it was good food and I’ll be back.More

Everything was so fresh and tasty. The owner actually waited on my table. The food reminded me of a trip to cancun , not tiajuana like some local Mexican restaurants. I had an awesome coronarita and my Mexican plate made me feel like a cigarette...afterwards , if you get my drift.....and I don't even smoke.More

Very friendly service and delicious food! When we first arrived we were a bit surprised by the outdoor appearance of the bright green restaurant, but we enjoyed our meal thoroughly.

Stopped in for the first time with family in tow. This small yet efficient space was very accommodating. The fare is simple yet tasty. Soup was very good and all products were fresh. Salsa had a kick that was a surprise and service was with...a smile. Happy to say we will be back. Oh yeah you can't miss this bright green building. It's a show stopper. It's the same color as my friend in this pic.More

El Mariachi opened about 6 month ago and my wife and I have been there 3 times, so far. It has gotten better with each visit though it was pretty good the very first time. The food is not fancy but tastes great and the...selection is excellent. The margaritas are excellent and not pricey. The owners are extremely nice folks and greet everyone as they come in. The waiters are attentive, helpful, and get the food out quickly. The restaurant is very clean and inviting, though not decorated as heavily as most Mexican restaurants. I hope their business will build up and that they will be very successful as it is less than a mile from our home. We love it and can't wait to go back again. Give them a try!More

This is a neighborhood place with authentic Mexican food. The staff are attentive and the food is affordable and tastes great. Kids eat free on Tuesday. Popun Dip and the huevoes chorizo are worth a try for sure.
