Quite frankly there are many other places that serves much better Nonya food for the price we pay here. We had the fish maw soup, assam fish, ayam buah keluak, and a kangkong for 2 to share. Soup was tasteless, fish maw was hardly visible, ayam was ok but the gravy was a little too watered-down, and the kang kong... More

feels like a Malay palace with lots of beautiful furnishings, huge tables, plenty space ad wonderful service. The food was delicious (we had to ask for chillies as there is a tendency to serve Westerners bland food out of courtesy we find). The restaurant is a little dearer than restaurants on the street, say 30% more perhaps? but we needed... More

This restaurant was recommended by a friend so we decided to give it a try. The restaurant was not very packed but it took a while for food to be served. We ordered a set for 2 pax for dinner- Portions were actually just nice but due to a late lunch we couldn't finish all of it. Glad we actually... More

This was recommended as a good nonya restaurant - with high expectations, have to admit it was only average. Menu expectations - they had run out of the ayam buah keluar. For rice, they didn't have the nasi kuning; only nasi putih. stir fried ladies fingers were my favourite. Otah otah was a tad dry. popiah not very good. All... More

prices here are higher than Amy's Heritage / Nyonya Makko / Ole Sayang etc., but food isn't better. food was good and tasted home cooked, but Amy's Heritage was better. service is slow. chendol is not nice at all. we booked this restaurant because everything else was fully booked during the long weekend.

Came here for lunch. Empty restaurant. Service was slow and inattentive. Popiah was tasty. Kailan was good but a very small portion. Nasi goreng with chicken came with no chicken and had to be sent back. In the second version, the chicken was very well cooked and tender but the seasoning we off. It was not as tasty as the... I wasn't expecting much, but the Peranakan style decor was tasteful without making you feel like you're in a museum. The food was also very good; the Ayam buah keluak and curried prawns with pineapple in particular.

Initially we wanted to try other nyonya restaurants in Melaka but unfortunately, the famous ones were all fully booked and we went to Seri Nyonya as a last resort option. We were pleasantly surprised however as the food was tasty and the price was reasonable for a restaurant in a 4-star hotel. Service was attentive too as only a few... More
