In light with Malaysian culture to open store anywhere they like including roadside, public land, bus stop, not really an issue for them opening there. However, with no running water and electricity, it post an hygiene issue. The other day had dry spinach noodle however...was greeted by a fly in it. Nothing much expected other than a refund and maybe an apology. However the lady tending the stall refuse the refund and in her own words in mandarin "How do i know if you put it in yourself". Thats all i have to say of this illegal business.More

This place is truly a hidden gem in Bukit Beruang. Although this place is just a small makeshift shack, the food here is pretty good. Ordered wantan noodles and herbal noodles. The wantan noodles here is quite special as they use meat sauce and served...with sambal instead of green chillies. The herbal soup noodles is pretty good too with some minced meat balls in it. I also ordered the dumplings, they are served in a pork bone broth which surprised me. Then another thing that surprised me is the dumplings that had century egg inside. Awesome meal I would say.More

i was turning circles in Jalan Emas estate looking for a local coffee shop when i chanced upon this charming little eatery. I was going to drive out of the area when i saw a little wooden set-up under a tree and people were eating...there. i had to check it out. Even though the noon sun was scorching hot, coming inside the stall almost so hidden amongst the greenery with all the breeze, was pretty comforting. Despite the fact that everything looks very make-shift here, it had a very welcoming feeling. Their menu was just a marker hand-written board, tables and benches were wooden planks being put together. You can tell that everything was being built and organised with a lot of thoughts. i was very drawn to it. i ordered my noodles and had their speciality dumplings which had century egg in it. The noodles were well cooked to the tooth with that "bounce" that i like, and the sauce was simple yet flavourful. But the killer dish were the dumplings with century egg. Yummmmmz, the century egg really give the dumplings another dimension which i never quite imagine. Many locals come here and i like how familiar faces greeted each other at this simple noodles place. The stall owners were very hospitable especially when they knew that i wasn't from here. They were patient in introducing the different noodles that they had to me - pumpkin and spinach noodles were their two special noodles. But i was happy to just stick to the traditional egg noodles. Always a good old regular favourite to try a new stall i have never been before. A very memorable off the beaten track find which i will revisit again.More

yes definitely have pork. The noodles have minced pork as topping, the wantons and dumplings are made of minced pork as well. Also the soup tastes like pig maw soup.
