Was amazed by the daily crowd very time I walk pass since I am staying at a nearby hotel. Read up it's review with mixed feedbacks. Decide to try it out myself. Well it certainly does not worth the time queuing up for it. Luckily I came early in the morning. With plenty of empty tables.

First choice for chicken rice in malacca. The chicken, rice balls and its chillis are very nice. But it is getting expensive as compared to my trip three years back.

Been eating here for over 30+ years. Love the chicken rice balls but they seem a bit smaller nowadays. The garlic chili sauce is much better than the other one down the road. Could easily eat 20 balls by myself. Never miss it on a trip to Melaka.

Everything's fine. Except for the food. And do not expect any other drinks..they serve only barley lemon and lemon juice. The chicken is way over cooked which to certain people may be fine. But the colour is stained this is the result of bloody chicken in the pot while being boiled. And the floating contaminants not sieved. Thumbs down. Never... More

Long queue and food is not really fantastic at all. 2 person and have to order at least half the chicken with 15 rice ball. Warm small seating area with sharing tables.

Be prepared to eat chicken rice balls, because that is all they serve with the chicken. There was a short queue when we arrived, sat down at the table within 15 minutes. There is no menu, there is just one dish, Hainanese chicken and Chicken rice ball. Depending on your group size, they bring you a plate of Hainanese Chicken... More

Every time I came across this shop, the crowd is always there. FInally, I made up my mind to try it for the first time as I don't like crowded place. The rice ball was as cold as ice......which spoiled my appetite. The steam chicken was not as smooth as it should be. The gravy is not as tasty as... More

The rice ball is very nice, so nice that it can be consumed by itself. But the chicken is far below average, the queue is long as it is located just right in the middle of tourist attraction, but I will not queue for the food.
