4 of 5 stars Reviewed yesterday NEW

My boyfriend and I ordered otak-otak, fried rice, four-season beans and fried mee. The otak-otak is very nice, others is ok, but the fried rice is not my cup of tea and the beans are spicy. The price is affordable, for the food is below RM50. Will go back again !

Dropped in at Nancy's Kitchen on the outskirts of Malacca Town Centre, for a simple traditional Nyonya dinner. Being a semi-Baba (Nyonya) myself, found the food authentic and really delicious. Setting of the restaurant is also markedly Nyonya/ Baba. Strongly recommended for anyone trying out traditional Nyonya dishes, one of Malaccan treasures

I have tasted many better nyonya food before. I would not recommend this restaurant at all. The only item that can worth mentioning to probably the otak otak. I will only give 4/10 in terms of taste. Sambal petai was watery, petai still raw Babi poteh - pork meat was hard & dry Assam chicken - salty Ayam buah keluak... More

Been hearing about this place and finally tried it over the weekend. The restaurant itself looks rather crowded with tables close to each other, the cashier & goodies counter. They have a 2nd floor but we didn't go up to check it out. Open kitchen concept. Service is pretty good, friendly. We went after peak lunch so we got a... More

A friend wanted to buy the kee zhang from there so we decided to have lunch there. Our party of 8 had all the usual Nonya favourites like Ayam Buah Keluak, Babi pongteh, Chap Chye, Cincalok Egg, otak otak stim - all quite delicious. We have also eaten at Kochik Kitchen and Amy's but we think Nancy's is way better... More

Nancy's Kitchen relocated from Jonkers Walk to the current place. It's quite a walk from Casa del Rio hotel. You may choose to take the cab if you want. There were at least 7 other groups on the waiting list ahead of us. Waited for almost half an hour before we get a table on the second floor. Ordered a... More

The pie tee, popiah, chicken curry, sotong (cuttlefish) curry & asam fish were excellent. The other dishes were ok - prawn & pineapple curry, duck with tamarind, kangkong belacan. Overall, an enjoyable meal at a reasonable price (compared to city prices).

Like the bak asam (Tamarind pork ), really enhance your appetite. however the fried vege is way too spicy (although i really love spicy food, but this is a bit too spicy for vegetable). Overall it just simple home cook style dish here, nothing fantastic, but the 'ang koo kuih' (turtle look nyonya traditional cake/kuih) sell at the cashier are... More

Sad to say that the place is over rated. The Nonya laksa tasted more like curry laksa. The fried meehoon was over powered by the garlic. The mee goreng was no better. However the queue doesn't seem to stop at lunch time.
