I couldn't agree more with you. Not just in relation to this restaurant but most in the CCB tourist strip. Unfortunately whilst it is unlawful the Indians don't seem to have any appetite to enforce the law with respects to this. I was in Mayas shack Candolim a couple of days ago and they have gone to the trouble of putting two large no smoking signs just inside the entrance and yet the majority of people inside were smoking.
