My wife had the salmon and I had the eggplant both were very favorful and the service was pretty good for a busy Saturday night. We got there about 7:30 and left about 8:45 very satisfied. A nice change from other places we have been lately.
We were escorted to our seats by the hostess, but it turns out that table wasn't available. So we wondered around the restaurant looking for another table, but each one was taken. We eventually made our way back to the front desk and after 2 minutes we were told there would be a wait. Two couples passed us through our... More
We were there for lunch yesterday (Memorial Day). The server was very nice and provided great service. Unfortunately he had a table of four young men who were being rude. I hope our tip made up for his bad experience with them.
Love the Olive Garden. You always know it will be good food at a good price. We love the soup and salad and breadsticks!
We had a gift card so we decided to go to the typical "chain" establishment, what could go wrong right?! HA!! Pulled up and the parking lot was crammed so we figured it must be pretty good, by the time we left I just figured people around here didn't know what good food and service was. Despite a couple opportunities with our dinner order, our server Christopher was amazing. His attention to detail, knowledge of the order food should be delivered to the table and sense of urgency and empathy were top notch. He ranks in our top five for servers at any restaurant in Birmingham since moving here two years ago and we will definitely... More
We always stay overnight at the Hampton in this area when driving to Tennessee from Texas. This Olive Garden is always a must-stop for supper that night. Not far from the hotel. Nice staff. Helpful. Great food. Even bought two bottles of salad dressing on our last trip. We highly recommend and plan to return when passing through
The salad was as crisp and cold as ever. The chicken Alfredo had freshly cooked chicken (no rubber here) and fresh pasta (not starchy and stuck together) Our booth was clean (no grease or stickiness). The bread was hot with just enough buttery salt and garlic topping. Our service was excellent!
