As crazy as it seems, the BBQ may be the worse thing on the menu! Combine that with being overpriced and there is a recipe for disaster. What will fix that? A price hike! This place has struggled from day one. Sarah was able to fill a bar with customers and keep them all happy. What can fix that? Let... More

My fiance and I visited on July 3rd for a quick dinner after hiking all day at Mount Cheaha and we were craving some BBQ. We got there at 5:45pm and were the first table in there and some guy server greeted us to take our drink order while our actual server was busy in the back doing something (according... More

Perhaps this spot is more known for its 20 taps & beer specials...but we can with nearly 30 men seated across 4 groups of tables. Servers did great. Menu item descriptions sounded delicious but we soon found out a huge disappointment. Bbq pork was too dry, no flavor. Ribs had good meat and size but again the rub added nearly... More

The tater chippers half price appetizer was tasty for the money. The bbq nachos appetizer (ordered as a meal) was fair at best with very dry, less than fresh bbq chicken. I don't recommend it. The 8oz. steak Friday night special was very good and well cooked however the spicy mac and cheese side was bland and not very cheesy.

We are in Alabama doing the golf trail. After a long day we stopped here to eat. The Barbeque was almost inedible. The service was not very good. The bread pudding was inedible, you could not even cut into it. The ice cream was so freezer burned it was basically ice crystals.

Come here for lunch, you won't be disappointed. It's Bar-b-cue place, but the lunch menu adds traditional meat and 3 items, that's as good as I've ever had. Try it.

This place is horrible we came in at 8pm on a friday night and it was dead, we chose it because of the reviews unfortunatly it is a huge bust. The service is terrible, our server was super slow had no clue about the menu. I took amost 20 minutes just to get drink orders and our appitizers put in.... More

It's the little things. As we walked up to the door I announced, "Isn't it weird how this a BBQ place, but you can't smell any BBQ?" (Things that make you go, "Hmmmm.") Hope springs eternal. We entered the hostess area and encountered a man who was wearing a name tag having a lengthy conversation with someone who we assumed... More

Staying at nearby hotel, needed a change of food, and these guys delivered in spades - both times! Great flavor, excellent portions, cheerful staff.

I've been to this eatery twice and have not be disappointed yet. However, even though the food is usually very fresh, they don't really dish out a fair portion of whatever you order. In my case, I ordered their fried green tomatoes, which was just excellent but they failed to dish out fair portion. Their catfish was just fantastic, to... More
