Whiskey Foxtrot Burger Dive is a locally owned burger joint located in Hoover, Alabama. Opened in the Summer of 2021 by brothers, Ben and Zac Williams, Whiskey Foxtrot specializes in gourmet hamburgers made from American Wagyu Beef, all-beef hotdogs, local craft beers. Whiskey Foxtrot offers a casual, family-friendly dining experience and aims to be your go-to when you’re craving a burger or dog and/or a cold beverage.

We come in here to eat literally every chance we get (we travel to/ thru Birmingham a couple of times/ mo!! The burgers are outstanding and you can get them any which way you want!! They serve delicious fries, and hotdogs (although I’ve not had a ‘dog … I love the burgers too much to pass one up). They have self serve soft drinks, beer and mixed drinks, and ice cream, and a children’s menu as well as a few arcade games that DON’T obliterate all conversation. The whole place is very clean, including the restrooms. All-in-all, if they ever close this location, I will be all over them to open up in my town!!!

I had the Cowgirl Burger, and it was so good! Loved the horseradish and bacon...yum! My family tried a couple of the other burgers and loved them. This is a quaint, little place with an enticing environment. I certainly will return the next time we are in town!

I ordered takeout for myself, son, daughter-in-law and 3-yr old grandson. I got a text that my order was received and a text when my order was ready. Son and DIL both ordered the Blue Print burger, I ordered the Foxtrot and we ordered a Jr cheeseburger. We got fries, sweet potato fries, and a side of Mac and cheese. Oh…and don’t forget the fried pies…apple and peach. They were AMAZING…even the next day as I ordered extras.
These are all double patty Wagyu burgers. Theirs was a basic with lettuce, tomato, pickle ketchup and mustard.
The Foxtrot had caramelized onions,cheese, pickle and Foxtrot sauce. I don’t know what it is but it works.
The fries are hand cut and were a little soft but I did get them to go so they would probably be better on location. The sweet potato waffle fries were pretty awesome. Of course, they weren’t as crispy since they steamed a bit in their container but had a great flavor.
The Mac and cheese was really good too. This was our first time so I wanted to try a couple of the sides.
Grandsons jr burger was almost as big as our burgers and he almost ate the entire burger
And the fried pies…enough said. I just hate that I didn’t take any photos. We will definitely order again and maybe get to dine in next time.

Whiskey Foxtrot is a comfortable place with friendly service and excellent burgers.
Every one of the staff members we interacted with was helpful, patient, and relaxed.
We appreciate good burgers, fresh fries, and excellent service, and Whiskey Foxtrot hit the target in all those areas.
