We went to this restaurant for the first time. The Prime Rib was very tender and flavorful carved at the buffet. I also liked their fried chicken. The sides I had were mashed potatoes and cheesy broccoli with rolls. It was all good. My husband had the catfish, and he was not happy with them because they tasted like the grease... More

We stopped there on a Friday afternoon with the family. Was very pleasantly surprised. The food was pretty good. The staff was pretty friendly. Had a great view of Lake Guntersville. Would we go back...most likely! And would recommend it to others.

Stayed at the lodge as a quick get-a-way before starting back to work. The lodge is super clean and very accommodating. I really enjoyed the buffet. All the food is good and the view is amazing. My one complaint is in regard to the rude people getting crab legs... Not really getting them but filling plates a foot high with... More

I have been here numerous times and have never been disappointed.. The choices on the buffet are numerous and very good. Enjoy great view while dining and then walk out to huge patio and see and enjoy even more gorgeous sights.

I have visited this park on and off ever since it opened many years ago. The Lodge and hotel have undergone some rather significant renovations and are quite nice, but the restaurant has issues. I have been to the buffet at morning breakfast and lunch several times and always have left a bit disappointed. I am not a food critic... More

Thank you for your input on the buffet at the lodge. We will share this with our team to review possibility of featuring new ideas in the future. Buffets can often be standard to the connoisseur of taste. We do have some outstanding talent in the kitchen that specialize in off the menu items as well as chef specials. You... More

Beautiful lodge, nice campground, beautiful golf course. We're not zipping on new zip lines when we were there but we are too old anyway. Saw deer and emu (we think at water treatment fence). Picnic areas, overlooks, drives all well maintained and beautiful. Get reservations early if staying at lodge.

Thank you for your review! One thing I love about this park is that you can obtain views that in other areas are only visible on adventures such as zip lines; for example Mabrey Outlook. More

I grew up in North Alabama. I love it. I will go again and again, because the view is breath taking. I don't let any of the following bother me in the least. The restaurant is pricey for the local area. But, not pricey for resort price range. Dining room has mission style architecture. Very plan and rustic. But, very... More

Thank you for giving your input on the value of customer service. During the hustle and bustle of operations we often forget the value of a simple and sincere welcome. Your review reminds us that it truly is the little things in this industry that leaves an impact. We will be sharing this approach with our staff. Thank you again. More

The only thing this resort has going for it is the view, which is incredible. The rooms were clean but had a musty smell. I could not figure out how to adjust the AC and the bed should have been replaced years ago. On a positive note the wi-fi connection was very good. Do not waste your time going to... More

Food was good. We had the seafood buffet. Selection is somewhat limited, but it was fresh and tasty. The view from the tables by the window is great....well worth the drive to get there!
