If I lived in Birmingham I'd be here at least once a week, and not just for the free pie Wednesdays. Plenty of good food, friendly management and staff, generous glasses of wine (ask for the "Southern Pour"). And the massive variety will please just about any taste.

Hotel front desk suggested we eat at O'Charley's and glad we did. We had a short wait for a Saturday night. Our server was top notch and allowed me to make some changes to the sides offered with my entre at no extra charge. I had the Honey drizzled fried chicken and I have to say yum! This was a... More

Service was extremely slow and inept. We received a container of butter with our rolls that had clearly been USED. Yuck. Should have left then. Diners who ordered after us received their food long before we did. Staff clearly favored specific diners. Waitress said service was slow bc they only had one cook - then the manager should be in... It was in convenient location to interstate 65. The food was great and it was free pie Wednesday. You can top off your gas tank.

We arrived about 6 pm on a Sunday night. We were seated within 5 minutes of arrival. After that the service was a bit slow. I don't know if it was our server or the kitchen. The steak was good and the Garlic Shrimp with Linguine was okay. There were only about 8 shrimp and they were a bit overcooked.... More

I've been wanting to try this place for years, but didn't want to rush. We showed up on a Friday and parking was busy and people outside waiting. Well we didn't wait but ten minutes and manager was greeting. Got seated and choosing what to eat : ) yummy. I loved the specialities on the menu. Margaritas were a house... More

I had a blue moon and the cowboy steak with salad and a baked potato. The steak was cooked perfectly (surprise) as was the baked potato. The salad was fresh and crisp. My wife's fried chicken salad was good as was her water.

We went next door after the rain to eat. The lights where out and we understand that but what I don't understand how we sit there 25 minutes before you even said anything to us. The white couples you where at there tables more than one time before you came to our table. The lady at the front got us... More

To make this review short, waitress couldn't get order right, had to keep repeating ourselves, had to send my mom food back because it was the wrong order. Took her 20 mins to come back with ranch dressing for my salad and when she did she had forgotten it again and she asked do you still want it!...food was not... More
