Lamberts is pretty good. I gave it a 3 out of 5 because they servings they bring around and pass out are really what makes it good... that and the delicious rolls. The meal itself isn't as good as the pass arounds.

This was probably the cheapest place we dined during our entire stay and boy was the food delicious! The atmosphere is fun with great 70's Rock playing in the background. The serving staff was pleasant and friendly bringing around shareable side dishes throughout your dining experience. You must try the fried okra (even if you are generally not a fan)... More

They actually throw hot rolls to you. We laughed one man was trying to catch a roll and spilled tea all over the table and the people sitting with him. Was not so funny when they came around with one of the freebies of Mac and tomatoes and they got spilled at our table. Our granddaughter wore mac&tom. They come... More

Not your prototypical description to a Southern family style restaurant, but to me it's appropriate. If you leave this place hungry, please check yourself into a rehab clinic. The food was awesome. I had the meatloaf and to put it simply, it was really good. The atmosphere was spectacular and the service by Tyler was outstanding.

If Lambert's wants to enjoy years of generational success, they will get their act back together. Perhaps a quality and taste memorial should be placed in their memorial hall because it has disappeared. Resturant 101: Provide CONSISTENT quality and taste every time. No longer worth the drive.

Solid down home cooking. Wide menu selection. Fun Fun Fun dining. several servers wander through the dining area with bowls and plates of food. They will have a tray of giant, tasty rolls. They will ask if you want one then toss it in the air toward your table and you have to catch it. Novel. Bowls of fried potato's... More

We wanted to have a taste of home. Thus was it in so many ways. We have a Lamberts in MO & this had country cooking.

We were vacationing in Gulf Shores and ate at Lambert's. We were amazed by the amount of food that is served and the excellence of the wait staff and chef. They are famous for their "throwed rolls" which are literally thrown to you to catch and are delivered warm and delicious !.. Then there are servers who come to each... More

My family had the opportunity of stopping by on Sunday around lunch time. The food portions were huge and yummy! The rolls were huge and highly pleasant to the taste! I wasn't sure of how my parents would take to rolls being thrown to them, but they actually got a chuckle out of it once the server made it to... More
