We ate at 2:30 pm on a Wednesday and as expected the crowd was light. Our waitress was new but handled everything well. Her knowledge of beer was limited so we had a quick lesson on light to dark, IPA's to Stouts. Not sure if...More

Wolf Bay Lodge is my favorite place to eat. Food is always great and I love the salad bar. It’s a little pricey but very good.

Wolf Bay is good for families or couples. The service and the food were excellent! I had tried a Bushwhacker at Florabama which was just okay but at Wolf bay, it was exceptional-made with homemade ice cream. Yummilicious! Reasonably priced too. I’d give it 5...More

This was our first visit to the new location; it’s been ten years since the fire, but the food was just as good as we remembered. Good service and great seafood, what more do you want?

Have not been here in a couple of years and took some friends there. The food tasted very good but 2 of the meals were like warm at best and the server was not the best. We actually got a different server to get more...More

If you want fried seafood this is your place. Generous portions. My ribeye was 3/8 inch thick and dry as shoe leather. Rice side dish was cold and looked as it had been cooked days before. Service was very slow and we never got everything...More

Sorry- I've never been at lunch. I'm sure it would depend on what day you go. A Saturday or Sunday, you're going to get a big crowd because people are on their way out of town or just arriving and on Sunday, you've got... More

Yes they have a full bar also. Just be careful not to drink and drive. The penalties for DUI in AL are severe.

Description
Wolf Bay Restaurant, Bar, & Catering is a family-owned Baldwin County tradition known for its high quality fresh seafood & local ambience. Its rich history began as a bait shop nestled in the trees along the beautiful waters of Wolf Bay in Elberta, Alabama in the 1940’s. Charlie & Sandra Wrape purchased it in 1973. Through their hard work & determination, they began serving a full menu of delicious seafood recipes – many of which were created by ladies that worked there or lived nearby. Although the restaurant was “off the beaten path,” it soon became a favorite among the locals & area visitors alike. In 2008 the original lodge was completely destroyed by fire. It has since been rebuilt in two locations – Orange Beach & Foley, Alabama – where it continues to be family owned & operated by Charlie & Sandra’s daughter, Charlene Haber. Wolf Bay is known for being a local seafood tradition, and prides itself in serving high quality, fresh meals in a family-friendly atmosphere.
