Pizza was actually much better than I expected. The BBQ sauce drizzle was the icing on the cake. I would suggest getting a side of marinara to dip the crust. Great service from Meranda definitely made the evening for my wife and I as we...celebrate our 21st wedding anniversary.More

We were traveling through the area and we're looking for dinner. The pizza most certainly didn't disappoint! Due to COVID, I called ahead for takeaway, and unfortunately called the wrong location. We made the trip to Florence even though the staff at the Muscle Shoals...location offered to remake our order, and we're so glad to have made the trip. Florence is a precious little town, and The Pie Factory is located right in the historic district. Google recommend the classic pizza--this crust with great pizza flavor, friendly service, and reasonable prices. The Greek salad was just a salad, but overall, we definitely recommend!More

This is a casual spot with good service, good pizza at reasonable prices. We ordered iceberg wedge salad that was crisp and the sweet marguerite pizza that came out hot and tasty. For those who are uncomfortable with being out, be aware the wait and...bartender staff were not wearing masks. Enjoyed our visit enough we would return when in Florence again.More

All this place is is a place that charges a arm a leg for a pizza and really people the pizza I got was not that very good .the crust was like the card board box I got to carry home the pizza that I...did not eat and I ordered the Babe which is the Meatlovers Pizza and there was very little meat on it. I guess if I want a good pizza in Florence I will go to Godfathers and get a real pizza for a lot lessMore

The owner has really researched the proper ingredients and method to make the best NY style pizza. The best flour, the best sauce and cheese. Incredible good tasting pepperonis. Very creative in the house combinations offered, or create your own. Good atmosphere and very reasonably...priced. Will come again.More

Tasty and delicious pizza. We ventured out of our comfort zone and tried the Just Peachy pizza. Fun atmosphere, I love the ambiance of the old building. The Florence location is in a college setting so beware if you want to avoid coeds and go...there if you want to be around them ha! Just Peachy consisted of an olive oil glaze, grilled pork tenderloin &; California peaches with spinach, mozzarella and feta cheeses. It was happiness in every bite. My boyfriend hesitated and almost doubted my choice but after eating several slices he admitted defeat. I'm pretty sure he even apologized for ever doubting my selection, so I consider that a win!More

First time visited this past Friday for lunch. Was not overly hungry but needed a quick bite. My co-worker and I ordered the personal Hawaiian pizza. Was very good. The peppers are both green peppers and jalapeno's. Can definitely live with those. They are sparse...and easy to remove! Would eat there again.More

Went for the first time. I have heard everyone just over the moon about their pizza. They are Expensive! 20+ for a 14-16 inch pizza. That wouldn’t be bad if it was good. Hot Sauce seemed to be on every description. So we got plain...pepperoni. It had great cheese but greasy pepperoni (more than usual pepperoni). Slices of pep were big, had an ok taste but was paper thin. Crust was also paper thin. And hard. So hard the fork needed lots of elbow grease to cut it. Sweet tea was good. Service was decent. Wait for pizza wasn’t very long. I ate 2 pieces and didn’t feel like I had ate. Until about 30 min later- by then my stomach was hurting and I didn’t feel well the rest of the night. May not have been the pizza that made me queasy but that is what it felt like. Mother was with me and also felt bad that night. I may go back, but it will be a while.More

This is our favorite family restaurant. Everything is handmade and least delicious. While we have sampled a few different pizzas, the Court Street Quartet is our favorite. The different ones of cheeses and wood fired crust are the best. The grilled wings rival any restaurant...in the city. Dipped in homemade ranch, they are phenomenal.More
