From the outside, this place doesn't look like much, but the food is fast, fresh & the real deal. The soft tacos are the best!

At a glance it's a Gas Station Grub spot. Whoopieeee. When you go in it may even look dumpy to the un-knowing. Not true at all, at least not true if you grew up in Southern California. They serve traditional Mexican comfort foods. Even though you order at a counter, if you sit down they bring your foods to you.... More

Doesn't look like much from the outside. But the food was authentic, fresh and excellent. The only iffy item were the chips. They might have been just a tad stale.. still not bad. Good salsa and refrieds. Recommended!

What can you say about a restaurant attached to a gas station? In this case you can say pretty darn good. This unassuming place specializes in authentic food made from the freshest ingredients. The help yourself salsa bar is outstanding especially the fresh tomatillo sauce!! You will not be disappointed in this reliably good place!!!

Ok this mexican "restaurant" next to a gas station on Greeno Road in Fairhope is unassuming at best. It has probably 7 or 8 booths , a driveup and a walkin counter (to order to eat-in or take-out). As unassuming as it is, I wish this place existed near where I live 250 miles away. But probably good it does... More

I was pleasantly surprised to find this little gem. I was born & raised eating mi abuela's (Grandmother's) hand made, home made Mexican fare so AND grew up in Southern California, Even lived in Popotla, MX for nearly a year. Meaning Ike to think I KNOW AUTHENTIC Mexican fare (and I do). This place with locations in Daphne & Fairhope,... More

If you want authentic Mexican food at low prices this is the place! Nothing fancy, just good plain Mexican food. Most of the customers are Mexican so that tells you quite a bit about it. They have all types of food and are very friendly. Any of their branches in the area, including Foley, are good. They serve beer as... More

I often stop at the stand alone restaurant coming home through Foley. Its small. The girl behind the counter is nice and patient with all of us ravenous animals coming in the door. The food is consistently good. A+

It's Mexican food out of the side of a gas station, that should be your first clue. However, it really did used to be great and you always felt like you were getting an amazing value but the last couple of years, it's more what you would expect from the side of a gas station. The food portions are smaller,... More
