A pleasant little meat & three in Fairhope

This is a perfectly serviceable meat and three buffet style restaurant, and a good place if you're on a business lunch and need to be in and out on a schedule. The servers are all friendly, and the food is always hot and routinely replenished during peak lunch and dinner times. It's good comfort food. My favorite things are the smoked chicken and the desserts, which are all home made.

Best fried chicken on the Gulf!

This place is great! We moved to Gulf Shores three years ago and this place serves the best fried chicken I have had since we moved. The vegetables are good as well and I hope to try more things upon our next visit. We conveyed our pleasure to the owner and she was quite gracious and accommodating.

Same good food they have had for years. Rare consistency these days!

If you thought meat-n-three country buffets were a thing of the past after covid, think again. Saracinos founder has to be pleased the place is going strong and the secret remains plenty of home cookin comfort food. Pleasant staff is another hallmark that retains from prior visits. I sampled several items. Stewed okra: good flavor and cooked nicely Fried chicken: very good. Another local favorite "Danny's" is temporarily closed and will have to kick it up a notch to match what I sampled here. Fried fish: was good Pulled pork; good but cooked with a touch of clove like one would do with hams Chicken & dumplings: great taste but too many dumpling pieces for my taste. Cornbread: good with a touch of sweet. That was less than half the available items and includes desserts for as of now $12,50 All in all a solid meal at a decent price and worth repeating.

Good Food for a Buffet

A smallish buffet offering with average tasting food. The broiled fish was bland however the baked chicken was moist and meaty. The carrots were okay. Kudos however to very good desserts including a cherry pie and a lemon frosted muffin. All you can eat for $12 seems about right. The place to go if you are hungry for bulk food and good dessert.

Many meat buffet

My wife and I plus a lot of locals go here to eat. It has what my wife calls a great buffet with 5 different meats. As for me, I say try it and the price is reasonable. This is not a real fancy place inside but it is clean and a good place for lunch that is near us.

Great Lunch Buffet

The restaurant has a great buffet that is reasonable. It gets really crowded, so either go before 12 or about 1. Nice variety on selections that taste so good. You will not leave hungry!! Meats, veggies, salad, dessert, drink and no dishes to have to clean up afterwards!! Enjoy!

Unusual concept for a hardy lunch. YUM.

We had never been there before and what a surprise it was ! Highly organized to feed lunch crowd efficiently and still provide great service. I found that since it is an "all you can eat" buffet (but not really a buffet) that I couldn't get a to-go box since i eat small portions. So what they do is sell youlunch in a 'to go' box for a couple bucks less than the regular patron. $12 something as I recall. since you will not be getting second orders. It worked out fine, my companion ordered regular, and it was a ton of food. I ordered the carry out box and got more food than I could eat. ANd it was ready for bringing home. I had the Smoked Chicken (thigh and drumstick, cause I asked for thigh) , turnip greens (wonderful) , slaw...good cause chopped tiny but a bit sweet, but I like sweet slaw so all OK!), broccoli salad...yum yum, a yeast roll, and the smoked chicken. I recommend that you go here for lunch and ck it out...cool concept. All served from behind the counter, you just pick and chose ) Plenty of desserts but I had no interest. Great concept...good food. They close at 2:30 so don't be tardy !

I eat here atleast once a week! Good home cooked food! Lots to choose from an always friendly an fast service!!!! It’s only open for lunch now an closed on Saturday which I think is nice so all the workers have saturdays with their families!!! The owner is alway on the property an serving coustomers!!!!! Great place check it out

Pulled Pork is to die for!!!

Celebrated a birthday there tonight and the food was delicious! The pulled pork with the spicy BBQ sauce was amazing and worth the drive by itself!! Staff is friendly and prices are right on track. Dessert and drink included!!

They do just about everything very good and have pleny of variety

Been wanting to eat at Saracenos for some time. Had several friends and coworkers tell me how good yhe food is. We took my mother-in-law there for lunch. We arrived at 12:30 and they were crowded with a constant influx of customers. Even though they have a decent sized staff, they had a hard time keeping up with bussing the tables. The food; We thoroughly enjoyed the smoked pulled pork, smoked chicken, seafood gumbo and fried chicken. The shepards pie was just ok. The fried fish was not very well seasoned and the baked fish was overseasoned with salt. We did not eat a salad but the salad bar looked good and fresh. The deserts thst we ate were all delicious. The veggies were good and legumes were good. I will definitely go back there to eat

This a really nice restaurant that has great southern food. The waitresses were great (especially the Canadian one, sorry can’t remember your name) the ribs fell off the bone and the fried chicken was very crispy on the outside and really moist on the inside- well flavoured and well seasoned. The banana cake was amazing!
