We stopped for lunch on our way into town and were not disappointed with our first meal in Fairhope. I had the shrimp and grits based off of the reviews I read. The dish lived up to my expectations and was delicious! The french bread...was especially tasty, too. My husband got the green chili burger. He said it was delicious but it was on the small side. He asked for sweet potato fries bit they brought him regular fries, which could have been a little crispier. It was a good experience overall. I would recommend this place and would visit again.More

Waiter was ok; a little over the top with description of all the food being wonderful. Very long wait after ordering, then more waiting when they brought wrong food for one of our party. No compensation for mistake. Food way overpriced for what it is!!!...Beef stroganoff ok, but no salad or vegetable with it. Not a good experience. Would not return.More

Delicious BBQ shrimp and wonderful Brussels sprouts. Filet was to die for and their homemade bread and homemade butter was amazing. The best service. Had a pistachio tart which was amazing. Go if you can!

Enjoyed dinner here with family and it is excellent. We had steaks, asparagus, garlic mashed, pommes frites, fresh green beans and a bottle of Cote du Rhône, absolute delicious. The desserts are to die for!!!!! Excellent service.

A warm welcome after a hot afternoon on th golf course. We were seated immediately since we arrived about 5PM. Several diners arrived and were accommodated. Water all around and I enjoyed a refreshing glass of Savion Blanc. The Salad Nicoise was nice & crisp...with perfectly seared Tuna. The spinach salad was equally fresh & delicious The steak was a little past medium rare. We enjoyed our meal, and the service.More

R Bistro just delivered (!Yea!!!) a superior birthday lunch for us. We couldn’t go out but they brought it right to us, and wow, was it delicious. Aging isn’t always easy, but having your special feast delivered is , especially when the chefs at R...Bistro are looking out for you. Bronzed salmon, crawfish with gravy, quiche, and the most fantastic lemon meringue tart were fabulous. Now, I plan to have a “birthday” every month with R Bistro handling my celebration! Thank you!More

Everything was top shelf from food to atmosphere to staff! We each enjoyed several dishes but shared the incredible pate as a starter. My salad was a special fresh baby artichoke on a tender stem (as it's an extension of the treasured heart) on a...bed of greens and perfect dressing. This was the night of the Mardi Gras parade in charming Fairhope, and it was the perfect place to dine after an eventful evening!More

I actually asked a chef in Fairhope if he would share the recipe for the sauce he made for a veggie burger. He actually wrote the ingredients down for me. You never know till you ask!

I had a great salad for lunch when I ate there. The menu should provide you more choices. I think you will find something that you will enjoy.
