I have been eating at Cutt's for many, many years. I have never ever been disappointed with any meal I have been served. Good homestyle meals! Yummmm!

The southern cooked food is worth a short wait (usually only at lunch) with fried chicken, black eye peas, turnips, corn bread (my favorites) and lots more. Oh, and of course banana pudding! Family owned and operated for years.

I have always heard that this is the "place to eat" in Enterprise. It is just okay, not worth waiting in line. The staff ore good and the food is the same thing you would make at home. Just Okay

Homey atmosphere with friendly folks and down-home cooking! The buffet choices were plentiful and the meatloaf, mac and cheese and yams were great. The coconut pie was delicious and better than Mom's...her's was good but theirs was better! Yummy!

I often enjoyed suppers here at Cutts, their cafeteria style food offerings are simply the best. Service is great and the locals really support this family owned business. The also have a fast food option with hot dogs and hamburgers etc. Their famous chili dogs are indeed delicious.

Food was great! On the menu was pork loin, pork chops, meat loaf, pulled pork, fried chicken, cream corn, butter beans, macaroni and cheese, rolls and cornbread. Service was quick even though the parking lot was nearly full for lunch.

Good home cooking. Taste homemade. I'm not fond of the mashed potatoes or green beans. They just have a different taste than what I like. Good fried chicken. The best is the coconut cream pie. I always buy a whole one.

Love this little gem of a restaurant. Tucked away on Lee Street this is a destination vs an impulse place to eat. Great home style cooking and friendly staff. Recommend you try if you are looking for a local "hole in the wall" great place to try.

Cutts Restaurant is an Enterprise tradition. Serving cafeteria style for years and years, one might think this delicious country style food is all they have. Not so. They have, in my opinion, the BEST chili dogs on the planet. These just melt in your mouth. And are consistently good and always the same. I also recommend their BBQ which is... More

Cutts offers a large variety of food to choose from. This was our first visit to the restaurant and we are already planning a return visit. There were four of us that chose to go through the line to pick what we wanted, instead of the cooked to order selection. The homemade pies on display make you want to buy... More

If you are craving authentic southern cooking, visit Cutts Restaurant in the Enterprise, AL area. Our family restaurant offers a complete range of your favorite southern dishes. With 46 years of experience, all our menu items are also available for catering. Cutts Restaurant guarantees a delightful dining experience for your family and friends! Cutts Restaurant started out as Cutts Grocery back in March 1967, in Level Plains (pictured above). Hubert and Pearlie Bell Cutts, with their children, Larry and Lou Ellen, bought a full line country store with meat market, gas pumps, groceries and even a barber shop, There weren't many places to eat so the Cutts invented the now famous Cutts Chili Dog, thus beginning Cutts Restaurant. In 1971, the family sold the grocery store in Level Plains and they decided to build some poultry houses. The Cutts opened Cutts Snack Bar in Enterprise in 1972. It was an immediate hit. They expanded their menu to include all sorts of short order sandwiches and side orders. As time went on, Hubert and Pearlie Bell decided to retire. In 1979, Larry and Ellen bought the snack shack. In 1980, they moved the snack bar down the street to its present location. What is now just the kitchen was the entire restaurant. They expanded the menu and operating hours. “Cutts,” as most people call the restaurant, was doing great. In 1987, Larry and Ellen decided to add a large dining room and open a buffet for lunch. It was a hit. The buffet featured country cooking - four meats, 14 vegetables and a lot of desserts. The new dining room seated 160 people In 1992, due to his health, Larry retired. His son Rick, with wife Liane, bought the restaurant - the third generation of Cutts. The parking lot was expanded, new equipment purchased and a catering service launched. Hours expanded from 10AM - 2PM to 8AM - 9PM, including a late breakfast and dinner buffet. The entire family is still heavily involve in the day-to-day operation of the business.
