I've eaten at Fire Stone multiple times when I lived in Dothan. I've been with my boyfriend, friends, work colleagues, and family. I've been for lunch and dinner. The food is always average and the service is perpetually inconsistent. The pizza is standard, with good flavor and good portions. The Fun Guy and Balboa have enough fun toppings to make... More

The fish tacos were delicious. All at the table enjoyed their food. Quite pleased. Good here is always good.

Such a great atmosphere for dinner and lunch. Service is good, but occasionally a little slow. There is plenty of parking and outside seating. The menu has variety and is cooked to order. I recommend you try it. It has a nice vibe and good bar. The food is very good for Dothan. In a town full of chain restaurants,... More

We just ate there again a few days ago to treat some very good friends to a birthday dinner. I especially enjoy the Firestone Grill for their fresh {never frozen} selection of seafood which comes straight from the Gulf of Mexico daily. This time I opted for the Black Grouper {fried}, and it was absolutely fabulous! My wife usually gets... More

My husband and I stopped in for lunch on a weekday while exploring the area. It was a busy place and we learned why. The wood fired pizzas are made with fresh ingredients and very tasty. They have a limited wine list and beers available including some local craft beers. Our server was top notch. If I'm ever in Dothan... More

We were traveling through Dothan and decided to stop for a quick bite. We decided on this restaurant and were happy we did. Food was very good; we opted for pizza and a couple of appetizers. Good beer selection as well.

This is my favorite restaurant in Dothan. It is locally owned and operated. They offer a vast menu with something for everyone. My family has never ordered something that we did not like. Can't imagine anyone not liking this place. The wine list very good. It can be difficult to get a table if you wait until "prime" dinner time.

Dinner w/the wife at Fire Stone.... Passed on the pizza & tried to stay healthy w/salads. They were delicious. Wife loved the shrimp appetizer. Neighbors at the bar had a pizza and attested it was perfect. Tried the local brewed beer on tap. All was satisfactory. Our bartender was friendly and prompt. There was live acoustic music making our dining... More

This has become quite the hot spot in town. Located in the historic downtown area. Great for couples and groups, kid appropriate for lunch or early dinner. The food is great and the creme brûlée is fabulous! The atmosphere is charming.

Our family was in town headed to Fort Rucker. We like to try new places that aren't chains. It took several minutes to be seated they were steady, but not busy, a week night. That set the trend for the rest of the evening. The service was slow moving. Inattentive. The food was not brought to the table in a timely... More
