The food quality and staff is (usually) on par with the other locations we frequent, which is definitely above average for fast food. This location is consistently lighter on the portion of fries as compared to other locations so order accordingly. We purchased a large...order of fries and two little cheeseburgers (pictured ) which are usually buried under the fries and kept quite toasty as a convenient perk. Today the fries were not the usual too hot/ fresh that is generally the norm and the burger toppings were scant as well, possibly due to it being Saturday as opposed to our usual weekday order. In regards to the ordering process I highly recommend their app, especially with the new norm of Covid Crazy. Stay safe, we appreciate your staff's efficient and friendly service.More

Fries are great here and plentiful . Burgers are adequate . Price is high for a burger and fry. Don't go often because of this . Fries will feed two people. Takes time to get your food because they don't start cooking it until they...get your order but not too slow overall.More

First time visited in years to try the grilled cheese. It was a slice of American cheese slapped on a small bun. My guest’s hamburger was good, butvenough fries for a small army. Nobody needs that many fries. They were good.

I was disappointed when walking into this establishment. There by the door, were a box of peanuts, several big jugs of peanut oil and the big bags of potatoes. I am allergic to nuts, peanuts especially. I was really wanting to try their food, but,...with them using peanut oil, I was not able to eat there. My family decided to stay and eat, so I sat with them. Within minutes, I started breaking out in the hives I get when I eat peanuts, along with the tingling and swelling around my mouth. Needless to say, I will never step back into a Five Guys restaurant again.More

Best burgers in town. I really wish they would add milk shakes like the Five Guys in other towns. Very generous portions and free peanuts.

The two of us ate supper at Five Guys. The burgers were excellent in both quality and quantity. The employees were friendly and efficient. The food is pricey, but worth the outlay.

We stopped in Memorial Day on our drive back from Prattville. We placed our order, and asked if we could bring our dog onto the patio so we didn't have eat in the car with dog. The manager said as long as he was a...friendly dog, no problem. After we got our food, he came out and checked to make sure we didn't need anything. That's the way you win customers! Food was on par to all other 5 guys. Solid burgers and excellent fries.More

While its not the best value in town-kind of pricey for burgers and fries-they are definitely the best in quality. just a tip, one regular fry is plenty for at least 2 people

The burgers and fries were great as usual. This was my daughter's choice after her eye exam and while waiting on glasses. Like I said the food was great as usual, but the Seville was outstanding. Frazier took our order and suggested to save some...money that me and my daughter split a regular fry and they would put in the Cajun seasoning for me. Frazier came by our table twice to check on us and talk. The last time that he came by he gave us a bag for peanuts. Over the top service and this young man needs to be recognized for it.More

If you haven't been to a five guys know this. The burgers are a double burger and even the small fries are more than you will get with a large from McDonalds. The staff is always friendly. You can grab a handful of peanuts while...you wait. Expect the staff to check on you a few times while you eat. They are so friendly. Food is great and fresh.More
