Great location, a quiet little walk from Chowrasta, en route to the Zoo, great teas and food. This cafe always has good music on.

We read some rave reviews about this place on TripAdvisor and desperately wanted to check out this place. However this place was closed for renovation. We met the owner and when we asked if they were still open and served anything, we were told they served limited dishes - coffee, hot chocolate, pan cakes and omlettes. We ordered hot chocolate... Rumba bhaiya is a great guy and his momos are great to taste. The best place to rest your legs if you are walking to the zoo from the Mall

It's a relatively cheap place to hangout in with old bob marley songs in the background. Their snack such as momos are great.the hostess is great. Service with a xmile is what you get over here.

Amazing place and awesome cheap food makes it a must visit when you come to the beautiful town of Darjeeling. And what makes it more awesome is the ambience and the music they play. Tea, momo , Bob Marley , John Lenon and an awesome view , What more does a traveler needs. The host was a very polite lady... More

Every once in a while you run across a little funky cafe right out of the '50's with food that will blow your sox off! Small and very local cafe on the edge of town, offering great chai, and conversation about the area and politics. You could spend a lot worse afternoon than talking poilitics and history with the much travelled, and rebellious owner.

We were droping in to Hot Stimulating Cafe every day during our stay in Darjeeling. The place is located on a hill and you can admire one of the best views in town with a cup of tea in chilled atmosphere. Mr Rumba, the place's owner, organises also trips around the area. We decided to make a Singalila Ridge trek... More
