We ordered cheese toast and veg sandwich. It was soggy and without salt. So we told the staff that food is not good..his reply was we make food like this only we can't help it.
I would never recommend it to anyone else.
I've been in this restaurant twice.
It's a nice restaurant in front of Hawa Mahal with great views.
The first day it was raining, do I got there to see the Hawa from there. I ordered cheese toast and masala chai. Both were good, masala...chai was probably the best I had in India in a restaurant. After the rain stopped, I went to the rooftop to make the best pics of the palace.
The second day it was also raining, so I decided to get back there. I met a couple so we were having lunch together. Food was great, but, as they had people waiting, they started to push us to leave the restaurant, by taking every plate as soon as we finished, asking many times if we had finished, and finally bringing us the bill we didn't ask for. It was so rude (we were not there 3 hours with a chai, we had food, cold drinks and after hot drinks) that I called the boss, who apologized and offered us to go to the rooftop as much time as we wanted to take pics. I have to tell the day before I accepted to share the table with more people because i was only one person and the table was for four people. Mixed feelings. I don't know if I would go back to this place...More
The roof top (if you can get a table in the shade under the umbrellas) is a beautiful place to have a cold drink and something to eat whilst admiring Hawa Mahal. We had nachos and fries which were both plentiful and good.
It’s and average cafe if you were in the UK. Western Food if you need a break. Good view of the Hawa Mahal. You have to agree to buy over 1000 rupees ( about £10) for food etc for some rooftop table close to the...Hawa Mahal. Cafe has a stream of people coming up and take pictures. So takes away the view.More
This is my favorite cafe' in jaipur.i f you are looking for an unforgettable view of the sunset, you need to spend your afternoon at the Tattoo Cafe'& lounge.t he food is delicious and the service very kind and friendly.the price is excellent also.
My girlfriend and I visited this cafe after visiting the Hawa Mahal. It’s a beautiful little rooftop joint situated right across and so the view was excellent!! The staff were friendly and the food was delicious. My girlfriend even bought a cool dress at the...bottom of the rooftop so bonus!More
Just in front of Hawa Mahal, it has a rooftop terrace with great views. Unfortunately, on its left side there is another terrace full of monkeys that will try to steal your items. It is so disturbing that the cafe usually refuses to serve your...order outside.
Fortunately, on the right side of Tattoo (facing Hawa Mahal) there is Wind View Cafe, that has another terrace but further away from the monkeys, where they will not disturb you. For our next visit we plan to go to that one instead of the Tattoo.More
