Been a while since I went there last but love the food and the service. I dont know if they still do it, but the person taking the order would not write it down but memorise it instead and almost never get it wrong.

Where superb and amazing food is concerned I always swear by swati.. Very frequently visited over the years sometimes waiting for more than 40 minutes in the queue, it is always WORTH it. Over the years food is the same..i.e. Amazing and the service is superb.. Wish they have more branches!!!

Great food, small venue, vegetarian only perfect for Sunday snack, valet available. Must try Panki, chaas and sugarcane. Bedai roti , shak and shrikhand was pretty decent . Reasonably priced. Can go here at different times it has a decent size snack menu for all meals.

Swati does not require reviews. It's the best and always will be when it comes to food. They have started a second outlet in Nariman Point too

Swati snacks brings back nostalgia for me. I used to work in the area in 2007 so when I revisited this place after many years. I wanted to eat everything. Some of my favourite dishes are panki.... Dal khichadi. Thalipeeth. Finding parking is difficult so either take a cab or your driver. Self driven cars can be troublesome.

We wanted to avoid street food, for fear of getting sick, and it was quite warm that day. They have an AC room, a traditional menu and clean toilet. We loved it, especially the Dahi Batata Puri! Very much recommended for tourists :)

Had no idea they have been around, though I have been coming to Mumbai for years. Had their panki chatni - delicate layers of gram paste steamed inside banana leaves - and thalipith pitla - spicy gram flour with mixed pulses bread. Washed down with masala tea. Clean, spartan interiors. Clean rest room. Attentive staff. What more could you want?
