I ate here twice during my 2 day stay in Mumbai simply because I had to visit again after my first visit. On tl both visitsI had a Buttered Mysore Masala Dosa and a Sweet Lassi. I love Mysore style dosas, but this one is...the best. The dosa was so crisp, while the masala mix was the perfect accompaniment. I could’ve eaten the dosa on its own as I thought the level of masala seasoning was perfect.More

We can't even remember how many times we have been to this place. Situated on Tilak road, or Santacruz station road, it is a great place for anything from a quick bite to a complete meal. They serve everything from Chaat and pav bhaji to...the good old roti Sabzi. And we have probably tried it all over our numerous visits. Moderately priced. The service is quick and fairly hygienic. While there is nothing truly memorable, you can have a belly full of fairly good food at a great price.More

An excellent midrange restaurant Visited Shabari for a quick lunch It’s right near the Santacruz Station and so easily accessible to the office going crowd It’s nearly always full but the turnaround is also v fast There is seating in two levels for those wanting...aircond to sit in an Ac section and a non AC section as well Ambience is average and pretty basic say 1/5 Cutlery is basic and should be improved on 1/5 Service is efficient and courteous 4/5 Specially wish to commend Guddu Shah who took good care of us Food: 4/5 Ordered Pav Bhaji : no other word than excellent Rawa Onion Masala Dosa: The dosa was crisp but the potatoes very okayish The sambhar was watery and after the first taste : left it The chutney was mediocre so wont be recommending their South Indian fare Schezwan Rice : nice and light and just right Kulfi Falooda: we ordered two to share amongst six and were very happy with the dessert Recommend this as well Rating it a Four because of the food and the service The cost came to about 180 Rs per personMore

Shabari is famous for their Pav bhaji and variety of juices and milkshakes. They also serve Chinese, indian and south indian dishes. I had a pav bhaji - very buttery and delicious and a strawberry milkshake. Value for money.

Quaint little joint with very fast and prompt service. They have AC sitting space in the basement (little cramped), but one of the most amazing Pav Bhaji I have had in a long time. Will definitely recommend if you are in the mood for a...quick bite or if you would like to wind up your day after shopping in Santa Cruz West - have a good variety of North Indian food and there were other patrons savouring the same.More

Shabari is a small eatery for fast food near Santacruz station, Bombay. You cannot visit this place expecting fine dining or gourmet fare, and if you go expecting lovely, buttery pav bhaji, Indian style pizza, creamy sabjis, lovely Idli wada and nimbu pani, you will...not be disappointed :). I love visiting Shabari occasionally for my fare of fast food like the ones I mentioned, or chaat or milkshakes. The prices are reasonable and you can choose to sit in either the air conditioned or non AC section. Will definitely be back!More

Mar 29 dinner: Shabari is the famous restaurant at Santacruz West station for pav bhajis. Have eaten here so many times over the years - the taste is always good. The veg pizza is topped with onion, tomato and capsicum and loaded with cheese. Have...it with the chilli sauce. The fried rice and paneer chilli dry is a nice combo to try. The dosas and the idlis are also good to have. The service is typical udipi style. Always a good option.More
