I visited with my family recently and had a dinner there. There was nothing great about the food though price seems reasonable compared to other joints within same vicinity. Nothing great about the restaurant.

Heard a lot about the place so thought of visiting. Typical masalaydar Punjabi food. We had. Seekh kebab , Kashmiri kebab , black Dal , butter chicken , rara gosht , kheema paratha. All except the Kashmiri kebab had over dose of spices. Worth a try .

I have been to this place many times but consistency is not there and quality is not the same now. Ambience is welcoming and staff is courteous. I have tried the dal pachranga which was nicely prepared but it was watery . Makhni paneer was average and lacked flavors.Mushroom masala was tasty and breads are also good-cheese naan, lacha parantha,... More

Old time favourite thus still gets busy. Food is nothing much to write about but not bad either. Can get busy at nights. Good for lunch etc.

Since we came to India i haven't had that tasty, delish and authentic Indian food until our tour driver brought us here. The food is quite pricey but I can guarantee that you get what you paid for and it is worth it. The Chicken Curry and Garlic Naan is a must try!

Enjoyed veg and non veg hot platters juicy and succulent . Would have give a 4 star rating but for the rest of the food. . The Makhani Dal and Butter chicken were overdressed with heavy turmeric and a waste . Butter chicken was undercooked .At times food is best served in its original form & well cooked ! Its... More

Upon our arrival in Delhi, we wanted to have a late lunch (16H30) and we were recommended Pindi Restaurant by our Tour Agent. The driver brought us there and actually the place is crowded and there's no parking. We entered the restaurant and the set up was nice and even though it was quite late in the afternoon there were... More

I feel pandara road restraunts are highly overrated dhabas.... the food is highly priced... and you spend time in a congested environment illequipped to take on the load of people visiting the place. Parking is a problem here.... and once you manage to find one at a far-off place.... you'll be walking a mile to stand outside your chosen dhaba... More

Food and service is great. But the prices are quite high. Veg food is simply great. Worth a try if you are in delhi.

In a small crescent of New Delhi, packed between houses of under secy's lies a stretch of land famous for its Butter Chicken and Brain Curry - for people acquainted with New Delhi, this is almost synonymous to The Pindi Restaurant. The Pindi charm has not diminished over the years. Defying traditional business calculations, which put the lifespan of a restaurant at 5 to 10 years, Pindi, which serves hearty Punjabi cuisine, has been around since 1952. Shri K L Wadhwa, its founder had a vision for Pindi which has been carried out successfully through generations. With delicacies like Butter Chicken, Dal Peshawari & Kashmiri Kebabs and specialty dishes like Brain Curry, Keema Kaleji and Mutton Burra Kebab, Pindi is really about GOOD, FINGER LICKING FOOD!
